Bc game scammed me again (Resolved by holydarkness)

 I had withdrawn an amount of Rs 11000 into my bank account on dated 30th of August 2025. But on 8th September i received an email from my bank that a police complaint has been received from cyber cell west bengal against my bank account and after enquiring and squeezing the details out . The complaint was done by the money sender that sent my withdrawal into my bank account and the dispute amount was Rs 11000 that i received from bcgame don't know whose mistake is this but i need clarifications from bcgame if they have sent me my withdrawal. Why are they forcing me to return my money by registering a complaint against me in cybercell. Why are they scamming people now? I want clarifications on these.

I have a little doubt that bc.game is asking for money back. If there were any hint of doubt about your winnings, they would have suspended the withdrawal from your account. I don't know how much Rs. 11k is, but I doubt that it is the amount that they would start some kind of proces,s and in that way only make additional expenses.
You need to check with your bank what is correct.

Back to this, how are we supposed to know about what happen if you are not seeing any proof? For example, email screenshots from your bank regarding the police complaint. Also have you contacted their support regarding this?

"Scammed me again " i used thie because previously they weren't credting my deposit but that was sorted out with the help of @holydarkness and after that they did credit my deposit but this time they or their merchant who sent me my withdrawal from his bank. Seem to have lodged a complaint about that amount and i am suffering because of that don't know whose mistake is this bcgame's or their merchants but primarily i withdrew from bcgame and therefore they should take the responsibility of that money. If anyone here can help i will be sharing all the emails screenshots etc whatever info one needs but privately because that contains sensitive info that is why i didn't share those details directly in the thread.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot backing up your claims? You can blur or cut out any personal/sensitive information that is in the email conversation between you and your bank.

Also, have you asked bc.game support directly about this? This seems to be a serious situation, so asking their support would be the first move to make. And yes, I know how horrible their customer support is, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Anyway, we can wait for holydarkness, but I wouldn't be surprised if he asked for evidence first before proceeding on making contact with bc.game.

Also i tried getting in touch with the bcgame support but they just keep sending bot replies that are of no use. As in the email my bank suggested me to get in touch with cyber cell team i already got in touch with them and they told me they will only revoke the complaint when you return the money to complainant as complainant has said that he was scammed by some app and was asked to deposit this money into the bank account (my bank account) on which he has raised cyber complaint and he was asked to deposit money and he will get higher amount in return which is definitely a false complaint made by the bcgames merchant that sent me the amount. I think the merchant has already got a payment from bcgame in return of the payment made to me and now he wants to get another 11k Rs as pure profit.

And, like before, I'm sure my contact will need your UID, ticket ID [of that withdrawal], and other ID that can help them zeroing into the transaction in question. PM me if you deemed those information sensitive.

Yeah, it apparently a separate issue from my contact handling FIAT transaction as it is beyond their scope. You already got your fund. They specialized in handling a deposit and/or withdrawal that's stuck. I am currently inquiring to other contact to get their insight on how this could possibly happen. Please give more time.

Ok sir . At least they can enquire with their why does their merchant want the money back. That too by making a serious allegation against me and lodging a cyber complaint they are hurting my reputation. This is a serious issue. Why is bc working with such merchants this is hurting their reputation too.

Unfortunately that 11k was sent to your account hence u got the notice too,

I would advise to just pay the 'victim' out of your pocket and dont use UPI/Fiat INR for gambling. It will only lead to issues like this

Not worth the headache dealing with cops/bcgame, it will only cost u more time and probably more then 11k too

I agree to your solution but when i pay him what is the gurantee that this will not happen with other withdrawals that i made in bcgame. Isn't that concerning and that amount was paid by bcgame merchants. Why does bcgame work with such agents. Bcgame should take responsibility of the funds that i withdraw from bcgame. If it was so why is bcgame providing the inrfiat option if their merchants aren't trustworthy. They should then remove the option from their game if they can't Help their users with such problem's. I am not going topay from my pocket if i do that then his complaint would be deemed right i will be accepting that i am guilty and i scammed him for that amount.

Might be wise to wait for my BC contact and get them to explain what happened and why, after they take a look around the situation with their merchant. I've nudged them last night, but they were pretty occupied with other things outside the forum.

I wouldnt have any hopes regarding that
BC will just say its on their payment provider and they cant do anything

It's affecting YOU in real world,if the amount is truly only 10k i would highly suggest to settle with victim

It will not paint you as the 'culprit', the local cops just want to close the file and nobody is gonna do anything legally over 10k if you reimbursed
I have seen this happen to stake users too, always very high risk withdrawing funds through UPI, you dont know where they are coming from

They should help their players to get through their scams. And talking about the amount this might not be much but if i return this what are the possibilities that they won't don't such thing with other amounts and i will be stuck in a loop and will have no option to return all my withdrawals and i am not going to do that.If i accept this now i will have to suffer again in future. I confirm I've receive, I'll relay it to my contact so they can further investigate what happened. But... this is Friday evening, though, and I came back from RL quite late [just minutes ago], so I don't think I can catch up with my contact in time. I'll still relay everything right now, but they'll probably won't be able to attend to it until Monday at the soonest.
