He responded to me today 9/9/2025 on Twitter from a dm that I sent him 9/8/2024 about buying a black bitcoin block. January 2025 is when he reappeared on Twitter and I reached out to see if all was ok. Here is his dm to me:

Yes, the website has been down for a while. Last year, when I moved for work, I had to take a break after a couple of months because of the Bitcointalk “drama” around 1HoDLCLUB. It made selling tricky, and I had to close the online shop, it was just too expensive to keep running without regular sales.

Since then, I’ve been handling orders via X, with interested collectors PMing me directly. Now that I have a bit more free time, I’m building a new “non-store” 1HoDLCLUB website. It’ll host the encyclopedia and the remaining stock from the latest release, which will help fund the next one.

Great, I'm missing a set I had paid for ages ago (just checked the dm correspondence and it was 1 year and 2 months ago) and also no reply to my follow up dm.
edit: paid in Dec. 2023 but I wanted him to ship later in 2024. When I messaged him about it mid 2024 he never sent the items.

PERIOD!  Owes lots of money on unfunded items... delays when asked about it... then tried to get woke and blame everyone else, claiming being bullied when people were just trying to get items funded.  Then claimed he had to leave mom's basement and go to the Ukraine some unknown period of time and he was away from his funds... turned out to be bullshit, of course.  Now he shows up, stays away from here where he'll be called out and will ONLY sell to unsuspecting suckers on X.  You have been warned..... Wake up folks, please. If the guy is willing to screw me over on payment for designing his lookup utility for hundreds of dollars, don't be naive enough to think he will ever be funding what he owes, which I imagine must be well into the thousands.

The #1 problem with this space, integrity. Many people in this space are fine to overlook a scammer because you have "the precious".

If you're still clinging onto loaded 1HC pieces and have any trust in them whatsoever, you are a fool.

Now I can tell it. He's obviously a Swiss guy, and Mr. FiniteByDesign is an American. Too big a difference. 

By the way, two and half years ago, I bought three pieces of the Genesis Block Silver Plate from him and the stuff are buyer-funded and quite beautiful.


You know what? That time, I actually paid 650 USDT for a 5oz. silver piece, and obviously I've made money from the precious metal's price appreciation.

Quick heads-up: CryptHodl woke up his account here recently and reached out via pm.
He offered some explanation to his absence and has sent my missing coin set (in transit now).
As far as I was made aware he also contacted at least another person from the forum who was missing some items.

If the coins do arrive I will give an update.

He replied to me there and asked me to reply on the forum here so he could review our correspondence. I am optimistic. Not an ideal situation of course, but will certainly be quite happy if he makes things right.

Update: I did indeed receive my missing order and a nice extra in the mail today from MrCryptHodl.
Quite a surprise, I had honestly mostly given up on these after the more than 1 year delay.
The items actually look great (Moon Phase collection).

I really hope things will be sorted out for anyone missing funding or items.

I am still sitting on around 100 items (belonging to several other people) that are confirmed to have supposed to have been funded but never were - he has blocked/ignores me on every platform - twitter, forums, telegram, email etc
