⚠️ Important Notes When Shopping Through Moso

1. No Rewards for Canceled/Returned Orders ❌  
→ If you cancel or return an order, you will not receive crypto back rewards.

2. Review Shop Terms and Exclusions Before Purchasing 📜  
→ Always check shop-specific terms, especially when using vouchers or coupons.

3. Purchase Tracking Delays ⏳  
→ Some purchases may take more than 7 days to appear in your dashboard.  
→ Example: Shopee can take up to a week.  
→ If not visible after 72h, contact support through discord — boosts will still be applied.

4. Reward Distribution Timeline ⌚  
→ Rewards are sent once merchants confirm base offers.  
→ This can take 30 days - more than half a year after your return period is over.

5. Browser Settings Matter 🛠️  
→ Disable Ad Blockers.  
→ Enable Cookies (including cross-site cookies).  
→ This ensures correct tracking.

6. Avoid Mobile Apps 📵  
→ Use a web browser (desktop or mobile) instead of merchant apps for proper tracking.

Sometimes there may be problems with the site, as Moso has recently updated it and is currently optimizing it while fixing bugs. Today, for example, they are working with the leaderboard, and therefore I have already discovered in the morning that my Bamboo Points statistics are not displayed. But I'm sure they'll fix it.

these 2 are the most used in india and at-least 80% of my online shopping are done from there if not more

apart from these ajio, myntra, bigbasket & maybe netflix like similar services would be really useful additions imo

especially since diwali is next month n ppl spend a lot of money on online shopping around that time especially on buying expensive items

For this reason, I constantly place orders with Aliexpress, even when I can buy goods at some local store. The only downside is that the purchase starts being tracked after many days, so I always just write about it in the ticket after a day.

Absolutely right, and you can probably guess the reasons? Simply because there is some kind of commercial organization behind sBTC and other altcoins that allocates money for marketing, which in particular goes to partnership with Moso.
Unfortunately, no one allocates money for marketing for bitcoin.

Yeah, I can confirm that you can get a cashback from aliexpress. Yes, I can confirm that you can get a cashback from aliexpress. I myself am still waiting for the cashback from the purchases I made on March 25th, but some of these purchases have almost completely paid off at the Panda Masters prize pool.

sBTC was added to the site quite recently, and the cashback with a limit of $25 is relatively small compared to what it was in 2024.

Yes, I can confirm that you can get a cashback from aliexpress. I myself am still waiting for the cashback from the purchases I made on March 25th, but some of these purchases have almost completely paid off at the Panda Masters prize pool.

The speed of tracking the creation of a purchase and its appearance in the "Pending" status depends on the merchant. For example, I recently placed an order on bitrefill through moso - I just paid for the replenishment of my mobile balance there (using cryptocurrency, of course) and the purchase was displayed with the status "Pending" in just a minute.
However, tracking an order placed on iherb does not begin until a day or more later.

It has been almost a month since I ordered something from aliexpress, and nothing is shown in my account earning.
Maybe this issue has something to do with browser cookies, adblocker or something else, but I would like to finally resolve this issue and know why it happened.

Yeah, well I am not using discord and I am not going to create new account just for that, especially now that when discord had a major hack of 70,000 leaked accounts

Anyway, one recommendation to everyone who want to use Moso to get reward when purchasing items is not to use Tor browser or VPN.
I think they even mentioned this in their documentation, and they added info about that on their main page if they detect it.
Another thing I noticed is they reduced rewards a lot for most coins.
