At this point I still hope that this is just an administrative error that someone is too lazy to correct. If no action is taken to resolve this problem, I will do exactly as you say.
I don't even know if I ever heard the name of this exchange. If a month has passed, I think this no longer looks good. If they keep ignoring your email, this is no longer an administrative error, and I don't know if you still expect them to unblock your account. Are they in this forum already? Do they have a representative here? If not, you are unlikely to get any response from them.
At this point, you should at least create a scam accusation and present some proof to back your claim so the community can know, or the customers from the future can get benefit from your scam accusation thread.
