I sign my Bitcoin transaction on an Electrum cold wallet, then import it into BlueWallet to broadcast.
Quick question: when BlueWallet broadcasts the transaction, what kind of network is it actually using?

Bitcoin is only using the Bitcoin Network for mainnet transaction;
Excluding test networks, there's only one other option: Lightning Network for off-chain txns.

Since you've mentioned a transaction that's signed offline to be broadcast online, it's: Bitcoin Network.
