I don't know the country you came from  that make you to think there are stable jobs that is making people not to struggle to establish business or achieve what they want in the country, majority of people are struggling to live a good life they wish because majority of governments in the world are not doing the right thing that will eliminate struggle from citizens life's, is it how our forefathers make things difficult for people to earn good income from their place of work, these days, you can be employ today and get fire in few weeks later because there is a someone that is close to the owner of the organization or close to the manager of the organization that need employment, and this is what make me believe there is no stable jobs again compare to old days where you will be the one to quit or retire from the job in old age.

Hmmm, it seems like this is a reality we often see, and not just empty talk to create a meaningless narrative. Yes, it's a reality today: many people, despite having steady jobs and a steady income, can only afford to cover their living expenses for 15 days. After that, they have to work extra to cover the remaining 15 days. But, inevitably, sometimes they have to ask for loans or borrow money, either from the office treasurer or other people, and the last resort is online loans with exorbitant interest rates. In our country, this is the most common tradition or belief. While we're young, we were taught to study hard and finish schooling, and get a stable job. Because once we have already acquired a stable job, we will start earning and improve our lives. And create consistent progress, until we end up getting rich and enjoy the best things in life.

But I don't think we are getting align with it. Instead of working to earn and get rich, why are majority now end up struggling in life? Honestly, what I'm seeing right now is that we work to survive, not to make money and get rich in the process. Could this be the real possibility of life? Or we are just blinded by fantasies in life? Or is it because working alone is never sufficient enough to make riches in life, but we need various investments to achieve success and get wealthy in the long run?

Unfortunately, in today's world, legal methods only lead to a life of poverty, which won't be good. It will simply be a miserable existence. And if someone wants to get rich legally, they can only do so in casinos. And if someone wants to get rich with crypto, they are forced to hide their passion due to strict regulations in most countries. It's very unfair that we try hard but end up with a legal gray area. Life without having any skill or hand work is like going to a farm with out tools and trying to work with your bare hands, that's pure suffering. In today's world, it's almost impossible to live comfortably without something you can depend on. That's why its important that everyone learns a skill or have a job that they can earn from.
When you have a source of income, you will notice that life becomes a little easier, even with the risen cost of goods and other expenses, at least you'll be able to provide for your self and avoid unnecessary struggles.

The problem of hustle is because we have been conditioned to think that is the key to the “good life”. But what is this good life easier than? Think about that. Hunter gatherers only worked 15-20 hours a week. We invented agriculture because we thought it would make life easier but what did we get instead? Longer work hours, worse diet, new diseases from being crammed into high densities with strangers. Then the industrial revolution comes along and it is going to set us free from toil through productivity, right? What do we get? A 60 hour work week until unions had to fight for 40 hour work weeks

Your entire argument that “skills equal survival” only holds water in extractive economies where essential resources for life have to be purchased. You have to be skilled in order to generate money to purchase a meal that is abundant but not accessible unless you can afford to pay its price. The issues have nothing to do with lack of skills. If you working for official government, the chance you will lost your job is very low except you commit fatal mistake. The higher chance you will get laid off if the country disbanded.

However, many employees who work for official government want to quit because they don't feel motivated or nothing exciting anymore, hence they want to try something new.

In other sectors, stable jobs are very rare now due to too much population in this world.

It is difficult to get a decent job now so there are some people who use their skills to earn money, but this is not bad, in fact I think it is better like that than working for someone else, it's just that some people are not very good at using the skills they have.

Sometimes they don't train them and choose to work with other people, maybe that happens because there is a choice because I understand that not everyone can use it.

This a very vital concern in this education system today, after sch you will be successful, we don't even believe this again, education is the key omor, education is very important but making it look as if without education one can't be successful isn't a good way to look at it. We were told while growing up that going to school, getting the best certificate, getting a good job and working hard automatically leads up to success, but not for our today lives, after graduating to get jobs  is a thing of struggle, and if we eventually get the job doesn't mean all problems are solved, the truth is just that times have changed.
Cost of living is increasing everyday, Job's are now difficult, and salaries are not even enough to meet up with our needs. So yes many work, to survive and take care of their families.

I can't help but agree with you on this, especially the fact that those who have someone from the inside will usually get the job instead of someone who is actually qualified for it. If you have everything it takes for a job you have applied for, but someone from the company knows another person who is close to them who needs a job as well, that other person will get hired instead of you, not because you are not qualified enough, but because you don't have any links, and the other person has it and that's why he is going to get the position and not you. It's a very bad thing, but unfortunately, it exists.

So, the only jobs that are stable are government jobs, where you won't get fired unless you break a rule or something that can get you fired, otherwise, you will have the job until you retire if you keep doing it properly, and that too if you are in a country where there is no corruption, because in countries where corruption in the government is very common, even government jobs aren't stable because if they ask you to do something in their favour which is not a very good thing and you refuse to do it, expect yourself to either get fired or transferred to a place where you wouldn't want to continue anymore yourself.

Actually our educational system is going down or has gone down because the school does not guarantee the graduates to have a common hope in our society, there's no certainty in becoming a graduate and securing a job at the end. Struggle is very hard period from which people are passing because they have no source of income and they want to be successful in their life and to get all facilities of life . Rich people are comfortable with rich people and they want to make relationship with rich people and no one will see the person who is doing struggle in life and they want a successful person. But if person is not rich because he has no good background,he will work on the Skills to get successful and he will do hard work for at least 5 years and people will think that he is lot rich but when he will be rich , all people will find you and they will follow him and they will respect him And all people will try to make relationship with him.

Reality in life that circling around, those who got enough will keep on trying to survive while those who got extra opportunity will do some investment or business, it will give them chance to change something in terms of financial stability though not everyone have that same opportunity but for those who have it, they'll be able manifest, it's not an easy path but better compared with those who struggle to survive and can't do nothing to change things around for their financial needs.

One thing that most people overlook is that to get wealth they need to cater to the demand. Back then technology related applicants for job was rare, nowadays you can find dozens of them and therefore salary decreased.
