Im still confused by what you ae saying.  You need to put more time or energy into working to be successful, than a normal person would work to be average.  Most people that are successful did not get there by making sure they had time for any fun each day; they made it by being completely focused on their goals, while other people spent their time having fun.

It's all because of the constant cost of living driven by inflation, which makes everything expensive but salaries never increase even stagnating. Work should be a tool for a better life not a source of endless struggle that exhausts the body and soul.

They have made us to believe that education is the key to success, we grew up thinking that after school we are going to get a good job and be rich, but after school most people suffer to get work and those job can’t even give the best life we want , imagine employers asking for 10years experience from a fresh graduate, I have come to understand that the best thing to do for our kids is after school instead of a lesson teacher , it will be better they acquire a skill before university level they might have gain so knowledge after graduation they won’t solely depend on employers, before they can do something for themselves, before you get  a good company that pays well it’s difficult and you most have like 10years experience if not all you can get is hand to mouth jobs , that to establish yourself will be hard.

The problem is that so called belief and mindset.  And it is not just happening in your country alone, It is something we all see almost everywhere in the world today.

A stable job, like you said, can help you survive yes. It can even help you maintain a decent standard of living and earn good to take care of basic needs. But TBH, it will not give that dream life so many of us hope for.

Now, think about it.  If we go back to several decades and centuries, around the time the Industrial Revolution was booming, that was the era of people like John D. Rockefeller and Benjamin Huntsman. During that period, industries were new, growing so fast and factories started needing a whole lot of manpower.

That was when the modern education system started to shaped. And the goal was simple: train people to become skilled workers who could fit into those industries and keep production and running moving. We can say it this way, that education was designed mainly to produce workers for the industries.. And it was very helpful then, for the development of the world in general, Infact it helped made what the world is today.

And at that time, it really did work.  People who secure jobs in those industries were considered very lucky, and many of them built stable lives from those opportunities.
But the world has changed a lot since then.
We have gradually moved away from the industrial era into a different era and age.  the Information Age, the knowledge economy, and now we are even entering the age of artificial intelligence.

So it does not really make sense to expect a system that was built during the 18th and 19th centuries to work perfectly in the modern world.   Yes, those industries still exist today, but they are no longer the main driver of massive wealth like it were before.

Challenges Appear in a different ways. I completely agree with you, I believe that those who do not do anything themselves in the hope of inheriting wealth, their situation will soon turn for the worse. Those who cannot get ahead in life with proper planning cannot earn enough money, due to which they struggle a lot but do not get the return accordingly. We are all human beings and everyone needs money. Our big mistake here is that we run after money but do not pay attention to our skills. As long as we run after money blindly, we will not be able to earn the amount of money that we need. However, if we can do proper skill development, then we will automatically earn more money than we need without struggling much. So first of all, proper planning and preparing ourselves properly is necessary.
