Op I think you're having mix feelings because of the country your live, in a well organized society you don't have to go to high school to be rich or having the best of life, there's an opportunity for everyone, industries and firms are hiring everyday. But in your country I guess is Africa the government designed a long path for citizens to be able to get employment, yet after all the requirements they still not create jobs for graduates, it's just a government policy to cage the people not a general stuff.

In the Western world, things are easy for everyone, young people are getting rich and living a good life out there, it's a government things, in Africa most of the leaders are very bad, they have no good policy to improve the life of their citizens, they create poverty to control the masses, they're only interested in power and not to eridicate poverty, that's the difference.

In my country, government is giving job to the people who are physical active and they want to earn from their time and if they will Invest their time in job they will get an amount in return of their time And people will get money when they will be retiring from their job and they will get pension. That is best thing for poor people who have not good family status.  Every country has different kind of situation and millions of people are unemployed and they are educated and they have no skills. If any person has good grades he has good status. If people are uneducated they will be able to be successful in young age because study matters nothing in life because you have to do hard work to get success in life.

Agreed. If you don't take it, someone else will. Just like in the VA industry, some newbies are willing to work for as low as $1 per hour just to get a client and gain experience. That's why some clients have the confidence to lowball, especially those hiring people from third world countries. They know there will always be someone willing to accept a low rate just to get started.

It's the same in the BPO industry here in our country. There are still companies offering very low monthly salaries because they know they'll still find employees. Every year, thousands of graduates are looking for jobs, so there will always be people willing to accept those offers.

Like this is not stress enough about how people over load their life with work just because they want to earn. I know some people that are on work visa in Canada, they are making money and sending home to build their dream house since conversion rate favour's home but they over do work and get stressed, they over stressed their life by doing shifting from morning, afternoon and evening, that's how things are very bad for them but they are not looking at the bad side.

Human beings are not machine, there is limit to what things we are supposed to do. If those jobs are easy like they gave them, I'm sure the owners will not give them those jobs but it's hard, energy taking and time consuming, some of them don't sleep well at night knowing fully they have shift. Some couples are doing the same thing, one person at work the other person at home and they switched without rest or have time for their self, just toxic work and no rest.

But I don't think we are getting align with it. Instead of working to earn and get rich, why are majority now end up struggling in life? Honestly, what I'm seeing right now is that we work to survive, not to make money and get rich in the process. Could this be the real possibility of life? Or we are just blinded by fantasies in life? Or is it because working alone is never sufficient enough to make riches in life, but we need various investments to achieve success and get wealthy in the long run?

I know different opinions and ideas may arise, but I'll be more willing to read and reflect each of it.

The two things in the title of the thread have never been guaranteed in life, there is often a relentless struggle to keep upgrading as you get older. The jobs you get can be based on skill, experience, connections and sometimes just luck of taking the chance at the right moment. It can heavily vary depending on where you live - whether the job market is strong or very overcrowded, whether labor has the upper hand or it's so saturated the wages get pushed down to rock bottom. Governments should create policies that help, but there are often so many competing interests and sometimes corruption which make it difficult to guarantee anything. Then we are also at the whim of the ups and downs of the global market. There are so many variables to consider.

Yes, back then the demands are really high for those who manage to finished their school and have their certifcation but thru time, there are so many students who graduated with the same fields, while the demands is no longer that much, the mentality should be divert to be flexible so even you finished certain diploma you need to have that mindset that you are capable to adjust and have that eagerness to learn more and not just to stuck with what you learn from your school.

Poor people with difficult financial condition make them not easy reach higher level education and most of them only pass junior high school without get opportunity for degree-level education. Someone have higher degree level education get bigger opportunity looking for job with good salary payment than someone come from difficult financial condition and pass junior or senior high school only.

I don't think difference for nowadays we work to earn not struggle in life because huge pressure from working place if you not a boss difficult working without pressure, so enjoying make us happiness although high pressure from working place.

This is where some people are getting it wrong for not investing in their health as they are investing in BTC and other cryptocurrencies, because is very important when you understand the important of good health to humanity. Everything about life is calculation and if you are able to calculate yourself very well to make a good choice to invest in BTC and hodl for long years, I guess you will not experience fear in the process of hodling your BTC for long years.
