Depends on the purpose for which an individual is gambling. A few do it for fun, so there's no biggie if they don't stop when they're winning. Gamblers are probably used to losing and just don't know what to do if they win big 
It's funny but it's at least 90% true. Mostly people play just for fun or "to give luck a chance" without really believing in it. If a person initially has a plan "to win 100k dollars because this is my financial goal", then he will easily stop when he reaches it. But how many gamblers set at least some goal? I think even here on the forum most will not name a specific goal of their gambling.

Thank you for pointing out things to me.. as we know it's something critical we should know since most people aren't that aware or being that cautious of their gamble active. As a gambler it's important to set limit to how they should gamble otherwise it would cause serious problems to them. When gambling, have focused and target, it could be a casino game or sport betting, it would be ideal to identify the area they mostly good at because some people might not have sound knowledge on basketball so betting on basketball is like wasting money this now made understand that they reason why post lose money is because they all gambles randomly to know if there would be. Winning to them.

Anyone who is asking when he's supposed to stop if they are wining, means that the person is just getting started maybe he don't understand how gambling works, I don't see anything wrong if a person is asking to know when he's suppose to stop if they're in a wining streak. Wining limit don't need to be set, one single wining is enough for a gambler to close for the day maybe to continue the next day. how can you even set wining limit in gamble that you barely win? This is good suggestion but difficult to do or carry out because I think it can be done by yourself to have such control and no your boundary. Casinos won't limit their customers on how far or how long that they want to gamble or how much they want to gamble with because they are interested in the money you want to give them. They are business entity and would be interested to make profit. Therefore, it depends on the gambler to control their emotions. Most times why people lose more is because they refuse to caution theirself on how much they are staking. For example, a gambler that is winning will see that day as his lucky day and want to keep playing, by that they can lose all. Also, a losing gambler keeps chasing back loses. Whichever way, the casino keeps winning from house edge and I don't think they will help customer limit their playing habit.

It's because of the rush of the game, and you think that you are lucky then you might as well strike while the iron is hot. Meaning you want to test and take advantage of it and win more. And so you push your self, maybe in card games, another round of it. Or in roulette, one more bet and see where the ball will land.

You'll get carried away by your winnings as a gambler if you are too focused on the money instead of the fun mostly. Regardless of the fact that every gambler wants to win you shouldn't be focussed on the profits to be made since a majority of the time it could even end up clouding your judgement in the end you may even lose your initial winnings.

To me the worst outcome scares and concerns me more. Setting a losing limit is more important than setting a winning limit. I start playing a game I set a losing limit that if it gets to that limit I stop but setting a winning limit means you have a target win limit that you not exceed, what if you don’t reach that limit and you keep playing then you are left with your loss limit will you continue to get to your win limit or will you stop because you don’t want to exceed your loss limit. I think setting a loss limit already secures you and about win you just have to be disciplined to know when you are content with your winning.
