Validation Error in Crash Game is to Rig Players.

I don't know if you have experienced this while playing a Crash Game. I often experience it and whenever the message appears on the screen, the stake amount is gone. And the error is not from the player's end but from the casino. Since the error is from the casino, player's stake amount wouldn't be deducted.
Validation Error is not a network problem from the player's end from my experience it is from the casino. And when it occurs, it is not once or twice but often and as I said whenever it occurs, my stake amount is gone automatic. That is to rig the player's stake in another means.

On which casino is this happening? You would have mentioned the casino so that some of us here will also try playing the crash game there to see if we will experience the same issue, this is would tell if indeed, the issue is with you or with the casino, for without you being sure about this, we can't completely shift the issue to the casino alone, it's still possible that you may be facing a network glitch from time to time without you knowing, which often results in that validation error you experience while playing crash..

Thing you might want to do now is, first..
1. Either say the name of the casino here so that some of us can try and see if we get the same issue, or get someone around you to register and play the same game and see if he or she will experience same issue..
2. Contact the customer care of this casino and complain about the issue and see what they have to say and do about it..
3. Quit playing on this casino permanently and move your funds to another better casino where you won't experience this issue anymore.

You should tell us on which casino you have experienced this, which Crash game exactly, whether it’s an in-house game or from a third-party provider, whether it’s provably fair or not...?
As per my experience, this happens (sometimes you just get logged out for no apparent reason) when you are about to hit a big win and it usually happens with provably fair games. They just have no other way to prevent you from hitting that big win but to use the excuse of "technical glitch".

Op after creating this topic many people have posted here but he has not cleared many things here. He has gambled on any site and he has not posted any proof of the incident that happened to him. And he is not keeping any eye on this topic so his opening this topic is completely unreasonable he is not looking for any solution to his problem he just posted this out of curiosity. Whenever that happens, do your stake amount reflects in your balance when you refresh the casino page? because error really means that staking is not successful due to network errors or other unknown error by the system but your balance should remain not disappear, and if it disappears, you should check on the bet history to track it there.

This phenomenon seems not normal to me, because this complaint rarely happens.

I haven't experienced this, but in which casino did this error happen to you? I think if it happens to me, I'll report it to the support and I want a full refund for what I've lost during that moment. If it's not an issue to my end and it's theirs, they should be accountable for it. Because a gamble can take accountability and lose that easily without having to say anything as per the explanation of the casino. But only if it's on the player's end but in OPs situation, he should have talked to the support and reported it anyway and demand for a refund.

It’s true that OP didn’t provide enough details and hasn’t answered any of the questions asked above, but he created this topic like 24 hours ago, so let’s give him some time and don’t immediately jump to conclusions.
Even if he doesn’t respond, I still think that this topic is worth discussing.
Let’s put it this way: you play a provably fair game and after a few rounds you get disconnected or receive one of those weird messages, then the casino decides to mark your bet as lost. When you check the fairness of the results (since the game is provably fair) you find out that in that exact round you were supposed to hit a huge win. So, what’s the verdict here?

Have you tried refreshing the page and seeing if the Crash game round you bet for is still moving?

I have not really experienced this with Crash, whose error came from the online casino's end. Most of the time, it is from my end, and when I refresh it, sometimes the game is still ongoing, especially if it goes to 10x above.
In slots, though, I feel cheated because it happens a lot of times. Like you are on a winning streak, and then suddenly it will crash with an error that is from their end.

On which casino have you experienced such "validation error"? I've played crash games only on the website Coinscrash and there was never a problem with "validation errors" or the website crashing. The crash game was always running smoothly. I agree that the casino shouldn't take away the player's stake in case of the game crashing. Maybe you should spread the word about the casino allowing such shady way of stealing coins from the gamblers. More people should be aware about this problem and avoid that particular casino. The gamblers must also read the casino's Terms of Service before putting any money/coins in their accounts.

I don't think I have experienced this. There was just a lag, and I needed to refresh it, but when I had my auto-close of the crashed game, like the target, I had gotten it. I didn't have a problem even if I refreshed the page.

The error disappeared from the screen very fast so I couldn't made a screenshot. And as I said, when you stake in the Crash game, there would be a sudden message appears on the screen with inscription "Validation Error" and once it appears, you stake is cut automatic. And I see that is not normal and it looks like a deliberate act from the casino because if my stake has a validation error, then my funds should not be deducted.
And the funny thing is that the error is not from my end.

Okay we get that the error displayed was just for few seconds but you can surely provide us the screenshot of that bet from the bet history.
What does the bet history say in this case ? Does it show as bet lost or does it show validation error or something.
Did you try to contact the customer care in this case and if yes then what did they respond ?

AFAIK there’s no record on said bet since it doesn’t went through as there’s validation error on the said bet.

I think his concern is the missing bets from this error while it’s hard to report this to support as he has no proof for the said bet unless he will submit screenshot indicating the error.

Obviously the balance was reduced from his gambling account and that means that he should have lost the bet.
So I am guessing that there should be a transaction in the bet history which indicates this loss which can be used as an evidence for showcase.
If there is no transaction of this in the bet history then only the customer care can help by checking the server logs.

@youngrebel screen record your game so that you can catch the error and snip a screenshot of the error and send it to the support to report it.

Yeah, that will be the only way out but he will have to be fortunate enough for the validation error issue to replicate when he's recording.
This means that he will have to keep on betting until he is able to get that issue again.

I know that validation errors are typically just technical issues and not an intentional tactic by the casino to rig their players and steal their funds, because we know the house already has an edge over the player and this would be doing too much of which is a crime, but in case validation aren't just technical issues, how does one even know if such validation errors has been permanently corrected or how does one go about correcting such validation errors and prevent it from reoccurring?
 Should one only try to refresh or delete and redownload the application or reach out to customer support as first instinct?

Or perhaps any one experiencing it should go through the stress of checking if the errors is a result of problems with the internet connectivity, or it's issues with the computer's software or hardware?

It never happened to me in the top 2 casinos where I usually play Crash. Crash is a very interesting game but you have to be very creative and very patient. By very creative it means you to try your luck and betting big once for example 4 to 10 consecutive numbers have been 1.xx and not a single number as over 2.xx, usually the Crash script is like that, once after many consecutive low ball crashing you can try and place a big bet and hopefully the ball will be rolling at least over 10.xx to give the possibility to everyone who opted for such strategy to heavily get profit if it hits. Now the 10.xx is usually the minimum, the ball after such consecutive lost games can go from over 100.xx to well over 10000.xx which would result in a crushing victory and would make any person happy. You just have to hit the right time in this game, nothing more and nothing less.

It is better you stear clear from that fund drainer. I deposited $30 to a casino a day before yesterday and thinking that I will make small extra amount from the capital but it was only 3 times Staking finished the funds and I was very much angry for that. And I wanted to place bet on Man United and Manchester City game but the Crash Game empty my account to zero percent.
The first stake was network error, though the funds were not deducted but the rest were something else.
