I can't understand this because I have not experienced such before. Crash games are of different types, could you be more specific about the particular crash game and that casino or bookmaker you made use of, these details are very important. It's possible for an online casino to have some issues with network, I have had some experiences in the past but not this type. The most important thing is that your stake amount is not deducted

I have never faced such a problem. If you have faced such a problem from any platform, if there is a thread of that platform here, then you can go there and explain this matter. If it is due to any error of that platform, then they must take responsibility for it. But if this problem is from your site, then you must accept it. I am still not completely clear about what actually happened to you from the matter that you have explained. You mean that the casino platform showed an error during gameplay from its site and deducted your bet money, which you think is unfair, is that what you mean?

If your stake always disappears when a "validation error" happens, that’s definitely a problem but it doesn’t automatically mean the game is rigged. It could be a server issue, not necessarily a scam. Contact support and ask for an explanation. If you don’t trust the platform, it’s best to stop using it.

Did you considered it being just a “you” problem? Personally, I don’t think I have ever encountered such a problem and I think some people still haven’t experienced it too. So when you encounter something like this you either reach out to their representatives here in Bitcointalk or just make it known to them via their Ann thread if they have any active one here and if they are not here you can contact their support to get them to look into it for you, if it’s some technical issue and probably even get them to refund the amount you lost due to that validation error.

what are we supposed to do with this info? you didn't mention which casino this happened on or the type of crash game. is it a normal provably fair crash? or a third party provider crash game?

and did you contact the casino support to have them look into why you get this "validation error" and to refund your stake amount? maybe they are not aware of it.

I haven't really noticed something like this before but I've had some rough moments with crash games. There are times where the network starts glitching and. Sometimes this sends up ruining your stake. I've had some issues in the past with crash games but I have not really experienced this situation before. Maybe you should consider making a complain to customer care so that issue can be looked at

In the case this is a crash game which is not developed by the casino, it could be something at the end of the third party which is going wrong and giving back some message of error, and sabotaging the experience to you and other limited number of gamblers using that very same game.

It's a sad fact that if a bet is not valid, you should be refunded. Because why would you be charged money when you are not getting any valid result? Have you checked Probably Fair to see if a hash was generated for your bet? If this is an error in their warning notification system, then you can check the probably fair hash to see if your bet was valid or not. How reputable the site you played it on is also dependent on how fair they are with you. Can you mention the name of that site?

I don't completely dispute your statement - but your network strength can also play a role. Your bet might be valid - but because your connection was interrupted, you automatically lost due to the session change. I've experienced this a few times - but I've never tried to recover anything other than simply trying another game instead of persisting and experiencing the same problem.

Someone might be able to explain this to you and everyone else - but it would be a good idea for the casino that serve the crash game in on this kind of discussion. Did this happen just once or it happened multiple times on your end? If it's the latter, then just record it for proof then send it to the casino so they will cater your issue. This never happened to me before but amif that's something happens to me I definitely take action especially if you've never make any illegal activity, but as I've said it would be a valid claim if you have proof.

How did you confirm that the error is not on the player's side?

This error is rare. I've never heard of anyone or myself having this problem.
If you frequently experience this, I recommend trying it on a different device to see if the problem is caused by your browser or that particular device.

And you should definitely contact support about this case, as they may be able to refund the funds that were unexpectedly lost due to the error.

Although I have not had this experience, but from the OP's explanations, it could be a bug on the casino website, and it is better to communicate it to the customer care to look into it; maybe they could help out in restoring your stakes if the fault is from their end. I was expecting OP to have taken a screenshot of the error message he sees whenever he experiences such an issue while playing his crash game. It would give a better understanding of what really happened to OP than just saying it here.

If you are playing from a website, you should try other browsers to see if such an error would repeat itself, or you clear the cache, and if you use an app, do well to check for an updated version if there is any on the Google Play Store or you uninstall and reinstall the app but do well to have your login information before uninstalling the app.

This is something that I haven't experienced too. And it is the first time that I will be reading about it. Assuming this happens to me, my first reaction will be to reach out to the casino support about this and tell them what I experience. Secondly, if it reoccurs and the casino if here on the forum, I will notify them about it to draw attention to it because if it happened to me a second time, then it is definitely happening to other players out there.

AFAIK there’s no record on said bet since it doesn’t went through as there’s validation error on the said bet.

I think his concern is the missing bets from this error while it’s hard to report this to support as he has no proof for the said bet unless he will submit screenshot indicating the error.
