You could also open up a scam accusation for awareness if it involved any funds being lost.

Very kind friends for taking your time to respond. I have been a client since 2020, but I had stopped playing with them for several years. However, I returned in January of this year, and my account was already verified. I had already completed several withdrawals without problems. Only this time, I started making them more frequently. I had 2 withdrawals of low 4 figures, and boom, the same old thing, a number of requirements and blah blah blah. The good thing is that I'm tired of these situations and I've been prepared to submit all the requirements, and I have submitted them. I have more than 10 emails full of documents that they request, and they continue to ask for them. It's better to be honest and say we don't want clients like this and that's it. I withdraw and don't play anymore. I don't understand the need just to steal money and waste time with these bureaucratic requests, photos of where I live to verify the address? I don't even make deposits with my bank account, and now they're asking me for a second bank, credit cards, just to verify. Verify what? It's absurd to treat clients like this. The amount is not high because I don't leave more than 2k on any of those pages and I don't really know why they work like that?

It's better to just forget about it and leave it alone than to continue being burdened and confirming without clear results. This is too strict and I would advice you do not give the casinos any sensitive personal information that they could easily use to track you or hack into your other accounts, like your bank account and all, as you said that are asking you to submit your credit card for verification, where on earth is a credit card used to kyc verification? It is seemingly looking like the management behind this casino is not only trying to scam you, but they are also trying to gain access to your personal and banking details for easy tracking and possibly stealing from you, or maybe they are doing all of this simply frustrate you into giving up the funds you are trying to withdraw but gamble it all away rather.. Have you contacted their online customer support from the site? If you haven't, you might want to try that and see what they have to say, and aside this, you can as well consider creating a scam accusation against the casino as a way of bringing others gamblers to the awareness that this casino is likely a scam and should be avoided.

When you leave an account dormant for a long period of time and return to it, you should assume they do not operate the way they used to do last time you were there. Small casinos like that get traded multiple times and you could be dealing with a new set of management with new set of rules or scams in place. In your case they are obviously just trying to frustrate you with their requests and as mentioned, they could also be trying to get sensitive personal information from you too. You mentioned that the funds are small to you, so it may be best to not send any other personal data and continue the discussion to see if they eventually bulge and allow you withdraw.

The frequency of your withdrawal and deposit might trigger their security and flagged your account for money laundering. This is just a speculation but that’s the common reason why casino ask higher level of KYC because they need it for AML once your account was subjected for investigation. I don’t know this casino specifically but if they are still operating smoothly now I believe they are investigating your account due to your recent activity. Your only choice is be patient and comply since you are already decided to cooperate with them.

OP, its been a while since you used the account you have with them, and coming back to reactivate it is like you will have to do the needful and up to standard before you can roll in but however, the conditions are too strict and the fact that they are requesting for a second bank and credit card details, photos of where you live and all of that is not making sense and seems fishy. If you have given them details that they have requested for initially. they should be okay with it and release your money to you. I would not advise that you give out these sets of sensitive information they had requested of as you have mentioned because it seems odd to say. It is more like an exit scam as I see and they are only trying to justify their actions by requesting for these documents because they know you would not give them and they would hold onto it that you refused giving them documents they requested for. I will advise you contact holydarkness to help intervene on your behalf as he has been in this course for a very long time in assisting members get their cases resolved amicably. As long as you have nothing to hide, he will definitely hear your complaint and act upon it.

It’s true though. KYC verification usually done via email since other departments is assigned for KYC verification while the live support available on the casino just answer general casino concerns. They can only relay your concern to the department which handling your KYC verification but they don’t have authority to do it themselves. I never encountered casino handling KYC vie chat. It’s always via email or the casino KYC dedicated page.

Very kind friends for taking your time to respond. I have been a client since 2020, but I had stopped playing with them for several years. However, I returned in January of this year, and my account was already verified. I had already completed several withdrawals without problems. Only this time, I started making them more frequently. I had 2 withdrawals of low 4 figures, and boom, the same old thing, a number of requirements and blah blah blah. The good thing is that I'm tired of these situations and I've been prepared to submit all the requirements, and I have submitted them. I have more than 10 emails full of documents that they request, and they continue to ask for them. It's better to be honest and say we don't want clients like this and that's it. I withdraw and don't play anymore. I don't understand the need just to steal money and waste time with these bureaucratic requests, photos of where I live to verify the address?
