Betting with large amounts of money is more addictive in my opinion because it linked to more emotions, a bigger bet when won can lead to loads of Dopamine and a few wins in a row can make you addicted and you will chase that feeling for your whole life an in that chase casinos are gonna profit alot. The longer the exposure to gambling the higher the chances for us not thinking outside the box and obeying only to the dopamine that we emit when we gamble. Our brain then perceives this state of gambling as giving us pleasure and it makes a lot of resistance to our desire to quit gambling in order not to fall into full time addiction. Yes and what about it? A drug addict is a drug addict and when you are comparing between an addiction to heroin or crack cocaine the difference is meaningless.
