This is an interesting subject. Do they need separate address for each transactions or the money that they'll return should be the same UTXO that they received? I mean, if X wallet (that receives many transactions) received money from Y wallet, and X returns back the UTXO that it received from Y, is that still labeled as money laundering?

If they have a license in offshores and regulators are targeting such services, then most likely they don't care whether they are licensed or have an offshore license, they'll take it as having no license, right? So, logically, it's not an option. eXch also had an offshore license but they got caught.

Since the review campaign when i tested your exchange, I’ve continued using it. I had a few issues with loading on my mobile phone, but now everything works great. I wanted to ask you since you added French, which other languages can we expect soon?

We are aware of the MetaMask warning and are currently in direct contact with their security team to clarify and resolve the situation.

We recently received several suspicious messages from unknown third parties requesting unjustified payments and threatening to report our domain. We did not engage with them and instead followed the official security and appeal procedures.

All required documentation has already been submitted to MetaMask for review, and we are awaiting their response.

We take user safety and transparency very seriously and will keep the community informed.

You shouldn't have any problems here, the team behind Metamask is quite up-to-date, and they react quite quickly to false claims. At least I've had that experience before.

It is obviously a form of extortion. First they reported you as a phishing site, and later they asked you for money for mediation in delisting from the black list.

Our domain changeum.io was added to MetaMask's eth-phishing-detect blocklist. We've been trying to resolve this through GitHub issues, but the moderator keeps closing our requests without proper explanation.
What we provided as evidence:

Company incorporated in Panama
Operation with zero scam reports
Trustpilot: 4.3/5 rating with verified reviews
Active thread here on BitcoinTalk

Moderator's response:
He asked if our team is "doxxed" and where the company is incorporated. We answered (Panama, identities not disclosed for privacy reasons — standard for crypto). Then we asked him directly: what website are we impersonating? What credentials are we stealing? What is the actual phishing accusation based on?
No answer. Just closed the issue again as "not planned".

Questions for the community:

Has anyone dealt with similar MetaMask blocklist situation?
Any ways to escalate this?
Is there any accountability for moderators who blocklist legitimate services without evidence?

We're dealing with a frustrating situation and would appreciate any advice from the community.
Our domain changeum.io was added to MetaMask's eth-phishing-detect blocklist. We've been trying to resolve this through GitHub issues, but the moderator keeps closing our requests without proper explanation.

The only way to fix the issue is to contact MetaMask antiphishing team, and since they closed the previous conversations, it is better to build a strong case and then contact them again.

 - They rely on a third party to identify phishing risks, contact Blockaid^[1] to find out the real reasons.
 - Collect all sufficient evidence and post it via reddit/Metamask and community.metamask.
 - Start promoting your service here.
 - After 15 days, you can contact them again.

Creating more requests before doing the above may weaken your position.

Yes, we've already opened multiple GitHub issues:
- #218091 (currently open — visible on your screenshot!)
- #216822, #216779, #217702, #218039 — all closed without any response

The problem is the moderator (AlexHerman1) just closes them without explanation or review. We also submitted a Pull Request — same result.

Did you have a specific contact or method that worked for you? Or did you just keep opening issues until someone finally reviewed it?

Great news — Blockaid Security Team responded and whitelisted changeum.io plus all subdomains!

Their response:
"Just to let you know, we've gone ahead and whitelisted your domain plus its associated sub-domains as an extra layer of protection. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to fully reflect across all systems."

Will wait 24 hours and see if this helps with the MetaMask warning.

Great news.

I think community support is good at that times, and other users come and say that the service is legit, confirming your claim.

Anyway, nice to see it is already solved and  the domain is whitelisted.
