I'm seeking advice/support regarding a legitimate system error on BC.Game that led to a bet placed with completely incorrect information.

What Happened:
• During a LIVE Jasmine Paolini tennis match, BC.Game's platform showed incorrect score/odds
• Their system showed Wang's serve was still intact (not broken)
• In reality, Wang had ALREADY BEEN BROKEN - verified on bet365 at same time
• The frozen/delayed score made the match appear competitive when it was already decided
• I placed a bet on Paolini based on this false information displayed by their system

The Problem:
• I bet based on BC.Game showing incorrect live match status
• The odds reflected the wrong score, not reality
• This is a clear system malfunction under their own Terms (Sections 10.1, 10.2, 11.5)
• I've requested they void ONLY the Paolini line (keeping all other valid bets active)
• Sent formal dispute to recovery@bcgame.com but seeking community support

Why This Matters:
This isn't about a bad bet or trying to angle-shoot. Their system displayed objectively FALSE information (showing Wang not broken when she was already broken). This is verifiable and indisputable. Their own terms state system errors = void bets.

Section 10.2: "If as a result of human error or system problems a bet is accepted at an odd that is: materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was made; or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring at the time the bet was made then we reserve the right to cancel or void that wager"

What I'm Asking:
1. Has anyone experienced similar live betting system errors on BC.Game?
2. What was your resolution process?
3. Any BC.Game representatives here who can help escalate?

I'm only asking for the affected line to be voided - not trying to freeroll. The other parts of my bet were placed correctly and I'm keeping those active. This is about getting a fair resolution for betting with incorrect information their system provided.

Critical Update: The odds on my betslip have now retroactively changed to 1.7, proving the system error. Settled bets don't change odds unless there was a recognized mistake - this is your own system confirming what I reported immediately when it happened. When I placed the bet, your platform showed Wang hadn't been broken when she actually had, with odds reflecting that false information. Now those same odds have mysteriously changed on my already-settled bet, which is irrefutable proof of the malfunction. Your own system is acknowledging the error by changing the odds after the fact. Under Sections 10.1 and 10.2 of your terms, this confirmed system error requires the Paolini line to be voided immediately.

Thanks, I'll PM you my UID right away. Betby their sports provider was glitching. The platform displayed completely wrong live match data that didn't match reality. Here's what happened in simple terms:

During two live tennis matches today, BC's Betby feed malfunctioned and showed frozen/incorrect information. For example, it showed Wang's serve wasn't broken yet, but after placing the bet I opened the actual live stream and Bet365, Wang had already broken and Paolini was leading for a while. Same thing with the Engel match - BC showed him serving for the first time at 2.11 odds, but the set was actually already deep in progress. I placed bets based on what BC displayed, only to discover their data was completely wrong.

Here's the smoking gun: After the matches ended, BC retroactively changed the odds on my already-settled bets. The Paolini bets odds changed - why would they change odds on a settled bet unless they're acknowledging their system had wrong data? This proves they know there was an error.

You're probably right about recovery@ not being the correct department - I was desperately trying every avenue since support kept instantly closing my tickets without even reading them. I'm just asking for the two erroneous legs to be voided from my parlays per their own terms about system malfunctions. Really appreciate you helping me get this to the right people at BC. There is a catch though, they have a notification on site which basically tells you to NOT see the score as accurate info.



Always check for at least one other source of information, that's crucial sometimes. Also, I have never heard of odds changing AFTER a bet was settled, very strange!

A disclaimer about potential delays doesn't legally cover displaying fantasy data and accepting bets on it. Both players appeared to be in losing positions that didn't exist in reality, with odds that didn't reflect the actual match situation. If I had won these bets, they would have been immediately voided as "obvious error," but since I lost, they're claiming everything was fine.

I'm seeking a simple resolution: void the bets placed on fabricated data and refund the stakes, as their own terms allow for when "incorrect feed data" or "obvious errors" occur. Yeah, sorry and thank you for the nudge. Your case slipped from my attention whilst I address other matters. They return to me from like... days ago. Sorry again, it slipped my mind and I forgot to relay their explanation.

In a very short: they double checked with the provider and the bets were placed and "accepted" correctly. No frozen data and odds are accurate.

There was a soccer match and when I looked for my bets it was displaying 0-2 but the score was 0-1 I panicked and immediately cashed out as the cashout amount was relatively high. There was not even a goal review or something which could have possibly triggered this.
Now I double verify the score always, lesson learnt.
I usually have my OBS on every time but on this instance, it was off lol and it happened.

Agreed , I have seen this happen one too many times and it's not always against the player, sometimes it happens in favour of the player themselves. Tennis and football are the two unfortunate sports to experience this mostly and I guess the blame should be put on the data providers who aren't reporting accurate information to the world.

I won't disclose any names, but I can tell you that on one of the more reputable casinos they had the same issue. They offered odds immediately when a goal was scored, but when VAR came into play your bet was often literally fucked afterwards. One big casino refused to fix it, another one I reached out to and they had an in-depth discussion with me and fixed the problem!

Frankly, all casinos (if they want to) can ensure that odds are only delivered when a certain result is guaranteed correct. The worst is, if you place a bet like "Over 1.5" in minute 77' because a goal was scored and then you notice that goal is taken back two minutes later because of VAR, the least the casino could do is to correct any placed bets by just voiding them. All this "the player is responsible to ensure" kind of thing is bullshit if you ask me.

There is a number of good casinos where I have never encountered that problem. That begs the question why some casinos can do it when others claim it is not possible to be accurate all the time.

If a player is supposed to double-check whether the infrastructure of a casino is working correctly, what is that? That is not how transactional relationships work. Providing odds is the core of the whole business and again, they could just void the bets when a correction of the result happened and they can see which bets were placed within the timeframe of that correction process.
