What happened:
As soon as I noticed this user pretends to have discovered this tool, I knew something was wrong:

- The whole page is a carbon copy of the AMLBots Crypto Checker page!
- Left clicking on any of the buttons and links leads to a "connect wallet pop-up [screenshot]!
- The domain in question was registered less than two weeks ago!
- OP of that thread left the forum after creating the thread!

Could Your Crypto Be Seized Next? Find Out NOW [archived]

After facing locked accounts and endless appeals, I discovered this service: a fast, free, anonymous check backed by AML industry leaders.

Thank you OP for sharing this and for helping make the crypto community safer.

There are many beginners who, out of haste, might try the phishing site and connect their wallet, and if they do, their wallets will be completely drained of the assets inside.

I have already tagged the scammer’s account and supported the flag, submitted a report to NameSilo to take down the domain, reported the thread he posted on the forum, and submitted a report to Google Safe Browsing.

Any updates I will keep you informed in the thread.

It's good to know that you spotted the scammer and spoofing website as soon as possible. A certain newbie may have not even known that it's a fake website and probably ended up a victim. The way I am looking at it, we are going to see more and more of such fake websites.

Flag supported and scammer account tagged.
