Trying to send you a DM to solve a bad experience that I have with Gamblr.io but getting this: Isn't it better to share your bad experiences publicly so other users could be aware of the behaviour of the Gamblr casino? Even if there is a bug, you can share it on this thread. Anything that doesn't breaks privacy could be shared on this announcement thread. So far I have seen you haven't created any allegations against Gamblr casino, which means nothing serious happened to you. So I will advise instead of talking privately, please share here, so we also could gain some knowledge about them. By sharing here you are also helping other forum gamblers. User 'Gamblr.io' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting.

I won't mind even if they don't allow messaging from newbies. Since the forum gives that option, it means there is something behind that. Users often spam with marketing offers from newbies' accounts. So it's reasonable to keep blocking messages from newbies when you already have opportunities to discuss your issues here. If something serious, please create allegations on the scam accusations board.

Rubbish. After 3-4 bets they limited me to 1 euro. It's better that it's a limit. Otherwise, they wouldn't have paid a larger amount.

I wanted to give a chance to fix things privately, but seeing that they are not open to it, and also not even replying over their live chat sharing my review: 1. I opened an account on 29.11.2025 07:07 and deposited 300$, availing for their promo to get 100% bonus 2. When I was at around 50% rollover, I suddenly got limited to only be allowed to 1$ per bet - and I still had around $1200 to bet - which now became pretty complicated 3. Still, I decided to put like one hundred bets at 1$ to continue doing the rollover 4. Sometimes, all we need is a little patience. I'm glad your issue got resolved quickly. Any chance they've told you why your withdrawals got blocked in the first place? Was it because you hadn't completed a KYC before making that withdrawal? Yep. I hadn't done KYC. Seems like KYC will be required here for anyone wishing to make a withdraw. To be honest, I really don't want to do KYC either. They offered to give back my original balance and close the account but at that point my balance was going atleast 4x my original deposit. Ended up going for KYC. Wasn't instant, but i'd say it only took them a few hours in the end and I did get my payout. I'd have preferred not to KYC, but oh well. Atleast it's resolved pretty promptly which is impressive.

Basically we always want to stay away from KYC but sometimes circumstances force us to complete KYC as happened to you. It is a relief that you were able to withdraw your funds after completing KYC. Basically, since your winning amount is high, they made an effort to verify you more. Because we have seen many incidents in the past at other casinos. Anyway, congratulations on completing it successfully and being able to withdraw your winnings.

Hi Gamblr, First of all, you have a wonderful website and I really enjoyed playing on it for many weeks, until something weird happened last week. Suddenly I cannot place any bets anymore. The system keeps saying "log in to place a bet" but I am logged in. I can browse through my account just fine but I seem to be logged out, even after I have just logged in. Very weird, see screenshot:  As you can see, my account is already KYC verified:  I went into livechat last week and was told it was because my account was "randomly selected for a review". But this is now a week ago and I have not received any updates since. When I start the livechat myself now I am getting zero replies as if nobody is even in there. Hoping you could help me get back to action. I was really looking forward to the Premier League games this week but it seems I'm not gonna be able to bet on them. It is always very encouraging to see that a casino has an active casino representative here in the forum to quickly resolve issues that gamblers on their platform may face. I think gamblers seeing this will be encouraged to gamble on the GAMBLR platform, knowing that if they face any issues, they can quickly be resolved. Sometimes this is a deal breaker for many sincere players here. My one simple query is pending with a casino (was doing good on the forum initially) for few days (live support is absent and AI chatbot is worthless).
