Sometimes this is a deal breaker for many sincere players here. My one simple query is pending with a casino (was doing good on the forum initially) for few days (live support is absent and AI chatbot is worthless). Casinos who have high focus on listening to the posts here will surely be top of the list for the regulars. I always suggest those casinos to new members, who proactively abide themselves by the expectations of this well informed community. Some casino focus on their promotions, but forget about paying close attention on the issues raised by OP thru their support channels. It's really frustrating if we only receive a generic answer from AI and it will take lot of days before their human support responds. With this it can convince people to go out immediately on their casino and think that the absence of their support is a big red flag. I don’t think this is just a technical error. Casinos probably won’t bother listing countries where gambling is already illegal, both online and offline, since it’s illegal by default anyway. Just because a country isn’t on the restricted list doesn’t automatically mean you’re allowed to gamble there. You already know it’s illegal, so they can still ban you even if it’s not clearly listed, especially since their terms can be updated anytime when needed. Best option is really to avoid it. Or if you can access it, at least be fully aware that what you’re doing is considered illegal.

In their T&C, ID is not in the list but I am not sure about this. You can asks supports for more details. I can't access the site if I use Indihome as the Internet provider but if I use other operators, I can access the site. So that will be up to you if you want to still use the site. They are also VPN friendly. But my advice is asking supports will be better so you don't make a mistake.

It's quick response and support from Gamblr.io team which comes very right time especially when they're spending money for marketing in a signature campaign in this forum. I am positively thinking about Gamblr.io team and their work in this forum, so I don't think they will reduce their speed of response and customer support when they stop the signature campaign. I am curious, because some of your statements have caught my attention. Is it a different experience gambling through your phones and through a computer? which do you enjoy better and whats your reason? For clarity, my statement was born out of my last experience on this casino during when I was doing a review of the site, I used my mobile phone at that time I could bearly use the casino because the pages were not loading properly and wast alot of time to load on phone. That incident forced my session to get ended when I lost all balance in a bet due to the slow loading and many errors clicking. I don't understand your reply. If Indonesia is not restricted by your company and people from Indonesia are welcome to use the site legally, why a user with VPN from Indonesia got problems with his account? In general, we don’t provide services exclusively to the countries listed in our T&Cs. Indonesia (ID) is not listed, so if your country isn’t mentioned there, you should normally be able to use the platform.

I don't understand your reply. If Indonesia is not restricted by your company and people from Indonesia are welcome to use the site legally, why a user with VPN from Indonesia got problems with his account? Why as you replied, Gamblr is VPN friendly so if the user used VPN, it should never be a reason to trigger any restrictions against that account. Hey Dzungmobile, no worries happy to explain. The answer goes as stated previously. and by the end you see that I acknowledge "our team is currently looking into it." as he stated still shows on his screen that it is blocked, when it should not be. I will update in here once we have news, but it should be freely open to use, our team is looking into it. does that clarify?
