You already know it’s illegal, so they can still ban you even if it’s not clearly listed, especially since their terms can be updated anytime when needed.
Best option is really to avoid it. Or if you can access it, at least be fully aware that what you’re doing is considered illegal.
I know my country prohibits gambling, it's just that to play at online casinos we can even if we do it secretly, here just making sure, usually countries that are restricted are listed on the blacklist.

I guess I was wrong on that one. Casino policies really do vary, and support already replied saying that as long as your country isn’t listed, you should be able to access the casino freely. You can reread Gamblr.io's response, the user shouldn't be experiencing that. It's likely just a bug, and the team is already looking into a fix. Speculating won't help much, so it's better to wait for their update. Since the casino is vpn-friendly, this kind of issue shouldn't happen in the first place, let's hope the problem will be fix soon...

This is probably the best place to build a solid reputation, and they should really focus here. Based on jcojci’s reply in which he said he was able to access the casino by switching to a different internet service provider, it seems that some ISPs in Indonesia are blocking access to the casino and not the casino blocking Indonesian users. I might be wrong, though!
Since Indonesia isn’t on the restricted list and OP confirmed that they are VPN friendly, then I guess it’s okay to use a VPN to bypass the restriction while the technical team is working on the issue and trying to figure out what’s causing it.

I registered on your website about 2 weeks ago, and at first I loved everything about it. Nice layout, smooth navigating, good odds and many betting options. Really nothing to complain about! I took part in the 100% welcome bonus (not for the full $5000 option but for $2800) and this meant I had to wager $28,000 in total. So, I went on to play sports bets (only on famous leagues like Premier League, Serie A, Primera Division, NBA and NFL) and had wagered roughly $10,000 so I still had $18,000 to go and then suddenly betting was not possible anymore. On literally ANY market and ANY bet option I get the message "betting limit exceeded", even when trying amounts like $10. See screenshot below.

I contacted your support about this and they said several times they are forwarding the matter to the trading team and they will update my as soon as possible but this is now already dragging on for 5 days. And time is running out for me to reach the needed rollover in the 30 days since signing up. So I need to speed it up a bit and hope you can help and remove this crazy limit from my account so I can finish the rollover in a normal way. Cause right now it looks like it's an intentional limit to make it impossible for me to reach my rollover and that would be very childish. I cannot imagine, given your good reputation, that this is actually your intention, so please straighten it out with your trading team and remove the error message.

Were you successful with your sports bets? How much profit did you make so far from your bonus money and real-money deposit? I do hope they are not trying to interfere with your wagering, as you suspected, by not allowing you to bet on sports because you were winning "too much" according to the casino or its sports betting provider. Have you tried with even lower wagers, like $0.5 or $1 to see if those will be accepted?

Are you placing the same bets you make on Gamblr on some other sportsbook? Perhaps one that shares the same sports betting provider.
You aren't guilty of multi-accounting or bonus abuse but don't want to admit it, are you?

It has been resolved yesterday. Well, not completely, as the system is not letting me bet my usual stake of around 1000 USD per bet. But at least I can bet 150 to 200 USD per bet on the big leagues. So I am satisfied enough with the outcome, although it will now take me much longer to complete the rollover than I was anticipating.

I was in small profit when they implemented those limits, but sadly I have lost 90% of my bets ever since so now I am with a lower balance than when I started. Lets hope I end up cashing out at least some funds when Im done.

It has been resolved yesterday. Well, not completely, as the system is not letting me bet my usual stake of around 1000 USD per bet. But at least I can bet 150 to 200 USD per bet on the big leagues. So I am satisfied enough with the outcome, although it will now take me much longer to complete the rollover than I was anticipating.
Glad to hear your issue got resolved and that you are satisfied with the outcome.
When I first read your complaint, I doubted they did this to prevent you from completing the wagering requirement. The first thing Ithought of was that they had limited your account, just like other sportsbooks do with high sports bettors. It’s usually the odds provider that that takes this decision and not the casino.
I hope they will extend the wagering period by a week to compensate for the days during which your were unable to place bets so you can complete the wagering requirement, which you really need given the new betting limits.

I also see a good point from your quick response here that how a representative of a brand should do in the forum, in the announcement thread as it is helpful to build up the brand in the community. It has been resolved yesterday. Well, not completely, as the system is not letting me bet my usual stake of around 1000 USD per bet. But at least I can bet 150 to 200 USD per bet on the big leagues. So I am satisfied enough with the outcome, although it will now take me much longer to complete the rollover than I was anticipating.

When I first read your complaint, I doubted they did this to prevent you from completing the wagering requirement. The first thing Ithought of was that they had limited your account, just like other sportsbooks do with high sports bettors. It’s usually the odds provider that that takes this decision and not the casino.
I hope they will extend the wagering period by a week to compensate for the days during which your were unable to place bets so you can complete the wagering requirement, which you really need given the new betting limits.
Now if all is well then everything will be resolved properly, users can understand and casinos can provide clear explanations, so all ends well and it's also nice to hear that you are satisfied with the results.

Yes, this is their policy, so as users we must comply with the policies or rules that have been there since the beginning. Even though we may not think it will be like that and the results make us a little dissatisfied because it is not to our liking. But everything has been adjusted from the start. And you're right, that usually comes from the provider not the casino itself.
