My intention was simply to point out that the max win condition was not clearly stated in the promotion terms. From my perspective the rules were not entirely clear, so I mentioned it only so that the wording could be improved.

I did not expect any compensation at all. In fact, Gamblr themselves decided to credit the remaining winnings that were above the max win limit. That was entirely their own decision.

I’m a real player, which is why I posted the screenshots to show that Gamblr was telling the truth about the situation.

To be honest, before this I hadn’t studied the promotions on Gamblr very closely. After this situation I actually spent some time reading more about the platform and checking the terms in detail. Overall I have a positive impression.

Another big plus in my opinion is that the support team here on the forum actually responds and tries to resolve issues, which unfortunately is not always common in the gambling industry.

For the bonus in this specific promotions, yes there is a wagering requirement. it is 10 times the amount of the bonus received, not 1000 times.
