Talking about that, since this weekend we are starting with a new promo, Game of the Week and Weekend where you can simple play and earn extra bonuses amounts by playing it.

From what I understand about this promotion, people who deposit $100, for example, and participate in it, will have to play until they meet the wagering requirement, which is 10x – a high requirement. But they will also have to meet the withdrawal wagering requirement when withdrawing. I confess I'm wondering if I'm misunderstanding this. Because the withdrawal wagering requirement assumes that the person deposits in the casino and must play any game until they meet that wagering requirement. I hope I'm misunderstanding.

Game of the week has to be wagered 10x, so if you win $100, you would have to wager $1000 together to be able to withdraw it. Like any other providers out there, just less X on the wagering amount instead of the regular 20 or 30x you see around.

I think it’s worth mentioning that the maximum withdrawal from the “Game of the Week” bonus appears to be limited to 1x the bonus amount.

In my case, I received a $500 bonus. After completing the wagering requirements, my bonus balance reached $1,700, but only $500 was transferred to my real balance.

I was a bit surprised because I couldn’t find any clause in the promotion’s terms stating that the maximum withdrawal is limited to 1x the bonus amount. I believe such an important condition should be clearly stated in the promotion’s terms, as it’s a very significant detail for players.

Thank you, that is absolutely important,  I will pass your concern to the responsible team.

But I understand the frustration in this case, but the bonus amount to be won is up to $500 as informed in the banner. but I get the need for extra clarification. Smiley

Hi,
thank you for checking this with the team. My main intention was simply to point out the issue so it could be clarified or fixed, I didn’t really expect that you would offer to credit the full winnings. That’s definitely a pleasant surprise and I appreciate the gesture.

My username on Gamblr.io is the same as here on Bitcointalk (tyraxx). Thanks again.

Thank you very much. The amount of $1,215 was indeed added to my account. I honestly did not expect this and I wasn’t demanding it either, so Gamblr pleasantly surprised me.

The funds were credited as real cash and I have already placed a bet with them on today’s event. My plan is to try to run it up to $10,000 before making a withdrawal.

To be honest, until now I played on Gamblr only occasionally, but this situation definitely improved my opinion of the company. It’s not only about the $1,215 itself, but mainly about the fact that the team acknowledged that the max win rule should have been clearly included in the terms and decided to return the full winnings.

In the gambling industry this kind of behavior is actually quite rare. Casinos very rarely admit when something was not communicated properly in the rules.

Because of this, I will most likely use this platform much more often than before. I also noticed that the sportsbook offers early payout, which is a great feature.

The only thing I’m missing a bit are sports betting tournaments with rankings and prizes, but of course I understand that not everything can be available at the same time.

Great company, I think it's good for regular gaming.

However, I see that in the terms and conditions of these promotions with week games etc. there is still no provision for a maximum withdrawal of $500, is the maximum winnings from these bonuses $500?

Just to clarify one thing - this was never really a “problem” for me and I never accused the company of doing anything wrong. My intention was simply to point out that the max win condition was not clearly stated in the promotion terms. From my perspective the rules were not entirely clear, so I mentioned it only so that the wording could be improved.

I did not expect any compensation at all. In fact, Gamblr themselves decided to credit the remaining winnings that were above the max win limit. That was entirely their own decision.

I’m a real player, which is why I posted the screenshots to show that Gamblr was telling the truth about the situation.

To be honest, before this I hadn’t studied the promotions on Gamblr very closely. After this situation I actually spent some time reading more about the platform and checking the terms in detail. Overall I have a positive impression.

Another big plus in my opinion is that the support team here on the forum actually responds and tries to resolve issues, which unfortunately is not always common in the gambling industry.

Thanks for all the valuable feedback and information once again passed it to the team  and will be reviewing the T&C to avoid any misunderstandings.

Also asked about sports betting tournaments we definitely will have something coming up the following weeks before World CUP, so stay tuned. We all very happy that you feel that way, at Gamblr we play fair.

Enjoy and good luck on your Challenge! hope you win on that Bayern bet! /o/

For the bonus in this specific promotions, yes there is a wagering requirement. it is 10 times the amount of the bonus received, not 1000 times.
