I have a problem and I feel really bad about it. I took part in your 100% Sports welcome bonus and started betting a week ago. I placed a lot of bets, some counted for the bonus rollover (if 2.50 odds or higher) and some did not count for the rollover. But then yesterday I suddenly noticed that I could not place any bets anymore. Whichever stake I tried to place, on whichever league or sport, it always gave me the following error message: "betting limit is exceeded". This even happened with a 5 USD bet attempt on a Premier League game. So I emailed your support and they gave me what looked like a typical copy/paste general answer basically saying they could not change anything about it. See the bet limit message here:

The thing is, I still have 21.600 USD rollover left to wager and I only have 3 weeks for it. With your current error message I am unable to complete my bonus rollover and I feel really bad. I cannot imagine you do this on purpose to tease me so we have to come to some sort of a solution. It most likely is an automated system error which you did not do on purpose (at least I hope) and didn't realize it was there in the first place. So I want to ask you to do one of the following thing:
- remove the error message and let me bet reasonable amounts again so I can finish the rollover in a normal way by betting stakes around 500 USD on big leagues, so I can do it with a total of 43 bets in 21 days.
- or if you really cannot do that, then convert my bonus balance into real balance so I can withdraw my funds

It could be their sports betting provider that has limited you or Gamblr themselves. It happens. Especially if you are very successful in your betting decisions. Either way, it sucks and shouldn't be allowed. They wouldn't limit a player that's constantly losing.

I am sure they won't allow you to convert your bonus money into real (withdrawable money) before you meet 100% of the wagering requirements. But the betting limitations ought to be removed and set back to what they were before.
