I had read a good review about this company before, and recently made a deposit and took the 100% reload bonus up to $3,000, which they sent me via email. I deposited $3,000 and started playing sports betting. The rollover requirement was $60,000. I started playing single bets with a $1,000 stake on major leagues like the NBA, NHL, MLB, Champions League, and Europe's major leagues.
I completed about half the rollover requirement of $30,000, and my bookmaker account was disabled. I can't place a bet, check my betting history, or anything else. Without any notice or explanation, my account was simply disabled overnight, and I'm stuck with an incomplete rollover. My bonus balance is $6,850 + 1 unsettled NBA bet.

Confident is build through cases like this, ability to come to a compromising position when issues rises is very important, and taking off his bonuse but returning his deposit is also a good way to keep everyone under fair condition, and as for the question wether you can keep playing with your returned deposit, I think you don't have any problem with that and as much as it could be, avoiding bonuses is Sometime the best way to avoid issue's and prolonged demands.

That is quite unfortunate. Have you played in any other casino before, and had your bet limits been reduced before? if the answer is yes, then there is a high chance the the games provider has their eyes set on you, whichever related casino you try to show up in.

I’ve played there for a while, but I’ve never received any high-value reload offers like the one mentioned above (100% up to $3000). That kind of bonus looks very attractive — it’s a shame I never got it.

What I would like is maybe to give the customers a freebet after every couple bets. For example after every 10 bets, the customer gets a freebet of the value of the average stake of the previous 10 bets. Or you can do it with 20 bets if 10 is too small amount for your liking. I believe Fortunejack had something like this a couple years ago.
This way you cater to the big stakers too, because those $20 freebets are not really interesting for them.
And furthermore, maybe you can also change the 2.5 odds requirement in most of your promos to 2.00 or 1.80 because many bets have odds around 2 so to require 2.50 disqualifies a lot of interesting bets from the rollover contribution. In exchange for this lowering in odds you can maybe increase the rollover amount a bit to compensate it.

These promos are quite good. I didnt much do NBA but a local one but these are good especially the safety net on the NBA bet. Im sure everyone likes a simple mechanics that can be felt by any gamblers.

But you can always try to  do tier rewards between casual user (like me) or some high rollers.

Hey, so some of my favourite esport promos have been run by 500 casino. You can check their promotions page. They should have passed promo still listed there.


In summation something like free bet or double winnings for major tournaments of CS,Valorant,league,Dota etc. They had certain targets that need to be hit in order for the players who bet on the winning team to get those prizes.

For CS, it would be something like a player hitting a certain ADR, or a team winning by 11+ rounds over two maps or multiple aces etc
