Regarding the screenshot you shared, is that all the conversation you've had with their support? Also, on one of the screenshots, it says "it will be resolved by September 19" Does that mean your issue will be resolved on September 19, or does it mean something else?

Anyway, @holydarkness might be able to help you with this. There have been several issues about the deposit not getting credited on bc.game, but as far as I know, they are getting resolved.

No, the issue was NEVER resolved. Not a single deposit was credited back to me, and BC.Game never fixed anything despite all the evidence I provided.

Now you deposit again 40K RUB and encounter same issue? Normal people usually stay away to this casino if their first deposit problem never resolved.

BC.Game then gave me a bonus as an apology, but they never actually fixed the missing funds. That was just their way of sweeping the problem under the rug.

I did NOT continue playing there regularly after that. I actually stayed away from BC.Game for a long time because I didn’t trust them anymore.

The only reason I deposited again was because I urgently needed to place a sports bet, and at that moment BC.Game was the only quick FIAT/Ruble option available. I took the risk one more time, hoping maybe my first case was just a rare incident.

But as you can see, the same thing happened again — this time with 40K RUB. That proves it’s not an accident, it’s a pattern of fraud.


So instead of mocking victims, maybe put the spotlight where it belongs: on BC.Game’s theft and deception. Otherwise, your replies sound less like skepticism and more like damage control for the scammers.

I’m not even depending the casino since they have similar case about fiat deposit that didn’t credited but with different currency so I understand your concern here.

My reason for choosing BC.Game was quite simple: it's one of the few sites that allows withdrawals from fiat to crypto. This seems like an advantage for the user. But what happened in the end? My money disappeared again, and the casino used the same excuse.

You should emphasize this to your thread since many user will confused about your intentions on why you keep coming back here.

Regarding the answer to the question. At that time, affiliate manager Mark Davis and my VIPHost Lazar gave me a code (for the same amount), and it was marked as deposited two days later, but my VIPHost provided it using my lossback. I don't know how the casino marked it or if they told you it was paid.

In summary: They gave me codes of the same amount (credited to my account as BCD), and two days after giving me the code, it was marked as paid, but this code was given using my lossback, and of course, if I hadn't done what I mentioned above, pursued the matter, and reported it to the affiliate manager, I'm sure no action would have been taken.

So, in a rather complex yes or no, the answer is "yes, it was credited through code of same amount, but it was from the lossback"? May I know how you figure the code was for your lossback instead of to put the deposit into your account?

At BCGame, VIPHosts require a minimum loss amount when granting lossback. Lossback isn't granted until that limit is reached. I was very close to that limit. After depositing the balance using the code, I reached that limit, and the VIPhost system told me I was too far behind in terms of lossback after the code was applied, and I couldn't receive any. Again, before this code, it said I was very close to receiving lossback.

So Yes and No at the same time.

Okay, let me inquire to my contact for this matter and the yes-but-no of the older one. Please give some time. Due to the timeline of the case, I am reaching for that contact with cat-like fluidity, that'll be rather hard to catch.

OP if a site fucked you over once(according to you), and never fixed said issue(according to you), why would you be dumb enough to give them another chance? What made you think that the issue wouldn't happen again?

Then you're dumb enough to think that a worthless streamer who is just looking for new affiliates so he can keep his deal if you make some deposits would help you. To be fair, some streamers are willing to help users whether on their code or not, but shane is a dumbass IMO. Have seen him go from site to site for a year or so. You shouldn't rely on a streamer to help anyways as the sites support should be able to fix your issue.

Why don't you upload a picture where they are saying the merchant is a scammer? That would be the most interesting fact. The pictures you uploaded say absolutely nothing.

The OP did update, he edited his original post to put "they finally credited after 3+ days". Good for him that his issue got resolved, but now I'm curious about the OP's claims about bc.game, saying the "payment system" was a scam. It would be nice to see a screenshot of those statements to back up his claims.

I didn’t notice what you wrote because I directly check the screenshot and cross check it to what he post. My bad men.

Everything about his case is very odd since he fabricates story to mislead reader like his first claim that his first issue was never resolved while he was already paid through bonus that has same amount to his deposit.

Anyway, Issue like this makes me immediately think that he is faking everything but he seems genuinely do deposit again. @holydarkness can we please ask for recap here on what really happened to this user case? Thanks.

Did that last Friday, to make sure these cases buried for good and clear beyond any reasonable doubt instead of being necromanced back to life in the future. But I failed to reach my contact in time before they "log off" last Friday, then come weekend. Will reinquire and update this thread soonest I hear back from them.
