You say that your reserves are updated on real time, but then on looking keenly this is not true. For example, at 11:29 PM UTC.  Your last update was on: 9/19/2025, 1:39:36 AM (not sure of the time zone, this is UTC too?)
But as you can see there is a huge time gap even when we are not sure of the time zone you used. Perhaps you should also include the timezone on the last updated time for better clarity.

Thank you for your feedback — you’re absolutely right. Initially our reserves info was not updated in real time but rather every 5 hours. We’ve since adjusted the label to make this clearer, so it now states explicitly that reserves are refreshed every 5 hours instead of in real time.

Regarding the timestamp — on our website it is displayed in the user’s local time zone, which may cause some confusion. We also take your suggestion about including the timezone on the “last updated” timestamp — that’s a very good point, and we’ll work on making this clearer in the interface. We are considering now two variants. With UTC or GMT.

An A rating is given to an exchange that "uses its own liquidity and is privacy-friendly". Did you fall short of such criteria?

Meanwhile, congratulations for being admitted to OrangeFren's partner exchanges! However, it seems you're not competing well enough in terms of fees. You're ranked 11^th overall, albeit 4^th among non-KYC exchanges. Could be improved.

Anyway, how about getting into KYCnot.me? I mean, to their "approved and verified services" list and not just in the community contributed list, which is nothing but a free gateway for scams to make it to a site known to curate non-KYC services.
