Initial deposits seem fine, but withdrawals are blocked.

They demand additional deposits before releasing funds.

Communication stops once you refuse to deposit more.

Asking for additional deposits after blocking withdrawals i one of the red flags point to scam. Also, once you hear anything to do with Cloud mining, avoid it at all costs. Most are just scammer or will never give you the returns they promised you.

This alone on their home page should raise eyebrows first time

Next time, check a few points to determine if the service is legitimate or a scam.
1. Registrar Status: The domain was registered in 2015. At first glance, it appears to match the claim that they were founded in 2015.
2. Web Archive: If you check this domain on a web archive site, as of July of this year, the domain is listed as "for sale." This means they aren't actually from 2015; they've only been "operational" for two months after successfully purchasing the domain.
3. Social Media: Scam services typically don't have many updates about internal activities.

I mean, at first glance at the whole website alone, it is already suspicious, and if you read its content, it becomes very clear that their motive is to scam people, and if you did some background check, like what rat03gopoh did, it further solidifies that they are scammers.

one word, greed.

just look at some of the "mining contracts" they offer, they are too good to be true.
not only do you get daily profits, but you also get the contract price back, just that alone doesn't make any sense, and should have been a big red flag.

if you did some background check, like what rat03gopoh did, it further solidifies that they are scammers.

majority of people don't even know those 2 tools exist (whois and wayback machine), let alone to use them to check if a website is a scam.

i just hope OP didn't lose a large amount of money.

That’s correct. They have a good TrustScore on Trustpilot, but if you check the reviews, their total number should already be considered a red flag. How can a company that claims to have been operating since 2016 (according to what they wrote on their website's footer) have only 28 reviews in total? Besides, the very first review they received was posted just a month ago (again, they claim to have been operating since 2016)!

Not everything you read on review websites should be trusted because their ratings can be easily manipulated.
In the case of Trustpilot, the TrustScore isn’t that reliable. You need to focus more on the total number of reviews and how genuine they are.
