First of all what VIP level are you as you most likely are 22 or more, I for example at level 16 VIP got a nice 0 bonuses like the ones you got. If there is a high wagering requirement to prior the bonus then it will be difficult to get the bonus but if it is 1x then I don't think it is difficult.
