I know that in bc.game it is definitely the case,also for few other smaller casinos that I used.When I get bonus I usually like to check how much wagering is left, and just by checking out I calculated that dice contributes at least 3x less than slots.

When looking back I think the only casino that had wagering criteria for dice the same as for other games is scroll.bet but I don't think that casino still operates...

Perhaps what you see is about normal playing without bonus or without any need of completing wagering requirement of a bonus.

Since you were able to withdraw the last $17 by fulfilling those high requirements, it must have been a sign of your great luck. This does not happen to everyone.
