I confess that I am very shocked by this very low monthly bonus amount that you received. I don't use this casino. I prefer to use only Stake because I receive a high bonus considering that I don't make high bets. But it doesn't make much sense that someone who bets more than $20,000 per month only has a monthly bonus of less than $4 while I, at Stake, who makes monthly bets of less than $100, can have a monthly bonus greater than $4.
I sincerely prefer to believe that there must be some error on the site and the support guy doesn't know either. Maybe the members here on the forum who use the casino can tell us how much bonus they receive monthly and how much they play monthly, so we can see if what is happening to you is really normal or not.
I've done a shallow bit of digging to see if others complain about the same thing, and it is indeed a common complaint. In fact one guy in the bc.game telegram group had said after the monthly was released that he wagered 80k for the month and he received under $10 (this was a week or so ago i dont remember the exact figure).
I also asked to speak to the support persons supervisor and this was the response:

I actually have the transcript saved that i could redact my personal details but that's a pain to do unless necessary. Anyways, i digress, this is extremely frustrating as I have specifically played bc.game instead of stake/shuffle more than normal this prior month to achieve a nice bonus on all of them and to see how bc.game's bonuses compare to competitors. Bad move. I wagered roughly the same on stake and got exactly $141.43.
It was a complete waste of time and money, and even more annoying is the fact I would be half way through gold vip on stake or would have achieved gold on shuffle if I didn't make the mistake to believe their claims of big bonuses that they plaster over the site and in the telegram. Even their standard deposit bonuses are a joke. Yeah wow i have $1000 bonus from bc.game on my account, but i need to play like $5,000,000 to unlock it. Like, come on.
It this stops 1 person from playing there, I'll be happy. Because
f u c k scammers.
After-the-fact edit: Their bonus system is extremely ambiguous and over-complicated, probably by design. This is what their support had to say regarding how it is implemented:
"02:07 AM | Milica from Support: The bonus amount is determined through a specific calculation method, which takes
into account various factors such as your activity, eligibility criteria and VIP Level. It is not applied arbitrarily but rather
follows predefined rules or formulas set by the platform."...And they wouldn't elaborate any further. I played daily, mind you.
