[Scam]: roobet.es is a phishing site

What happened: A newbie is trying to advertise roobet.es with a too good to be true offer and the website appears to be a scam site. It does not feature in the official mirror list of Roobet.com

The website also requires one to connect their wallet.

Roobet is finally available in Europe.

It seems his forum account got nuked as his posts were deleted. Thankfully, the fake website has been taken down too, so someone probably already reported it to the domain registrar.

I don’t know what he was expecting by posting that phishing link here. Did he really think thzt someone would fall for it or that he wouldn’t get caught?
He created his account, posted the link, got exposed and was banned, all of this happened within just a few hours. I’m pretty sure he realizes now that such tactics don’t work here and that he won’t do it again.

I have just submitted a report to Telegram regarding this phishing bot, because I have came across it one of the Telegram groups where it was being promoted by a scammer.

This bot is particularly dangerous because it impersonates the brand name of the Roobet platform, and players mistakenly believe that they are dealing with a legitimate casino bot.



Every gambler should only use official links for any casino and avoid clicking on  unknown or promoted links found on search engines or social media,, as these are traps for players who could end up losing all their assets through such phishing links and bots targeting casino users.

Thanks, I have reported it too. I don't know how long it takes telegram to take down such malicious bots because the bot is clearly created to drain coins from anyone who attempts to connect their wallet.

The good news is roobet.es is now offline/can not load. Let's wait for something to be done about the malicious bot too.

I just checked the scammers bot, but unfortunately it's still online! This is exactly why I dislike Telegram. Scammers can just impersonate anyone, and Telegram doesn't do shit against them despite several good reports. On the other hand, they are quick to ban legitimate channels under their copyright infringement policy! This just sucks… Anyway, I also made a report for impersonation, let's hope it gets taken down.

I do not know the intentions of the person posting the phishing link unless he is the developer of that phished site. Also scammers spend money in getting / buying the domain, building the exact same copy of the original site , changing the script and promoting it 
I mean to say if these people could put their energies on positive things like building their own casino and not scamming anyone, it would be worth the efforts, isn't ?

This is not possible without a considerable bankroll. Even if a developer can build a casino with his knowledge, he still needs to hire a marketing team and spend money on marketing. They will have to have a bankroll to run the site and pay the winnings. However, if a scammer owns a casino, he will start scamming the players. It is far better to stick with their poor phishing sites and not open any functional casino, which they could have used to scam thousands of dollars daily. People just need to be cautious and not connect their wallets to websites without verifying the URL.
