The admins of the casino probably needed some to explain that the problem is SIMPLE. Merely run a node of that network where OP sent the money, import the wallet seed phrase/private key in that node, then send OP his money back.
The admins perhaps already knew the solution, but they merely didn't have the time to help OP?

After reading some posts from you and your debate with iv4n, PLUS MTNF's post that said you helped him. - Can you tell us, WHAT do we say or HOW do plebs like us enter into a conversation with a casino's admins to make them listen to us and address problems/issues with our accounts in the casino?
I believe it's a matter of how to approach the problem/issue. What did you do that made the casino listen to you?
