[WARNING] PorkSwap.com Scams - Stay vigilant! | HOW THEIR SCAM WORKS

Hello Bitcointalk community,

I'll get straight to the point. At first, it looks like a legitimate works with small transactions, but when you try to send a larger amount, funds gets stuck. Even if you submit support tickets, they will be deleting deliberately, and you will be banned from their Telegram group. I have seen couple of users lost a significant amount of money, and I later seen that there are more people who got scammed by them. That's why I started this topic to warn everyone.

Lets check how their scam works on Reddit or other platforms: they simply create posts that looks like normal, asking for advice like, “Where can I get xmr, or do swap low fee no kyc etc..?” These posts get replies and upvotes to seem for a while with bots or organic. Later then, the original scammer poster edits their post to say something like, “Problem solved via PorkSwap!” This is scam and do not fall for it.

Even if you try to warn others and tell about this edit post scam, they down vote you using fake bot accounts.

During my researches I found that, these edit post and put backlink scam done by, CoreSwap - VigorSwap - PorkSwap - OpenMonero

Despite this, their website remains active and they continue to promote their platform by doing fake edit post and put backlink style scams.
I strongly advise the community to avoid using them.

Stay safe and always verify exchanges. Don't be tempted by low fee rates or claims of no KYC requirements.

I checked the links you shared, but none of them worked for me.

On Trustpilot, I found the following message:

"Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions."

Also, their official X account hasn’t posted any tweets at all, and the link they included there, porkswap[.]sh, doesn’t work either. It’s possible that the company shut down their websites after successfully scamming many of their customers, and now scammers may be trying to promote fraudulent links to trap more victims.

Here’s a link from one victim who reported being scammed:

Additionally, one user pointed out the shill scheme you mentioned, OP, which is used to lure in victims. This shows once again why the community should stay vigilant and avoid falling for low-effort shill posts.

Thanks, Albon, for your comment. Yes, there are many victims out there. Projects like Porkswap and others are definitely scams. The community needs to be careful don’t blindly trust, or you could end up losing your coins.

That pork name made me think of their style as the 'big butchering scam'. Although it's still different but the building of trust is there and when huge amounts have been involved, that's when they slaughter the victim's money going to them. Also those shilling that's done through reddit and probably other forums as well, it's likely a coordinated one to push people to visit them. Thanks OP for this warning.
