If you don't know to me that price is extremely high and there would be no one to accept that offer and being the one to send first, it would make that hard for buyer.  From your rank you are new here and doesn't have much engagement or activity on this space which can limits and restrict you activities. If I am not mistakenly there are post you could find across your Local board, I could be wrong or right I don't know if they had local board yet. So my advice will be that you take it gradually and carefully because you wouldn't know what the next person you are to trading with since most of them hardly release money when they have received asset.
