I mean you wouldn't keep paying salary if you don't see profits in your business, so as you earn profits you pay your employees. But i agree with you, i prefer getting the profits myself especially in an economic like this, where salary earners are being owed left and right you, you know it will be much better to make the profit yourself than to rely on expectations.
