if my interpretation of the terms is correct, you should not have any problem using a VPN if you are already verified and not from a restricted country (but don't take my word for it, you should double check with support).

What Zwei said is correct. Their terms clearly state that the use of a VPN is prohibited if it’s used to bypass geo-restrictions. If you are from an accepted country and have a verified account then I don’t see any reason why they would ban your account for accessing their website via VPN.
The intent of such terms is to prevent abuse. So, as long as you are not using a VPN to cheat or abuse their system then you should be fine.
