I dont think gambling itself makes you age its the stress and lack of control that do the damage. If you stay responsible, set limits, and treat it as entertainment, its no different from going to a game or a movie. But once you lose control, the sleepless nights, debt, and constant worry can wear you down faster than the years ever could.

You made a good point mate, addictions can leads to sleepless time's, and as an aged person that is already above 40 year's there is a need to build yourself to that point where everything around give you less mental stress since at 40 your sleeping time, period and all that have already changed means you have less sleep that time.

Another thing to note also is that, some of those guy's that look younger than their age when their are 30-45 year's tend to aged rapidly immediately their cross 50-60 years so is expected unless for someone with no experience on aging.

Gambling healthy makes you relax and worry less about losses but your friend chose to get addicted and that was the beginning of his problems, getting addicted to gambling makes you worry and you think more about your finances and that's stress. Stress is one way for you to get old quickly. I don't aged fast cuz i never put gambling as a way to double my money. Instead, i used it for the entertaining purpose only. The gamblers who took it as a way to make money may feel under stressful situation, and it decrease its life expectancy, which means it will slowly, but surely killing him some day.

There are so many studies that proven how stressful people would lead to the fast aging of their DNA. I try to bring some studies here.
