I want to warn others about my horrible experience with CJS CD Keys. I purchased a Kaspersky Antivirus license for 3 devices, with a 2-year duration. What I received, however, was completely different — the license was for 5 devices, and it expires in just 247 days, far from the 2 years I paid for.

When I reached out to their customer service, I made it clear that I wanted one of two things:
1. A corrected license that reflected what I originally paid for.
2. A full refund.

Instead of fixing the issue, they gave me store credit. This is useless to me because I didn't need store credit. I wasn’t looking to buy other products, I just wanted my money back for the faulty product I received.

After I insisted on a refund, they just ignored me. I left a negative review on TrustPilot as a result. This is when they contacted me, asking me to remove my review in exchange for a refund via Monero. So basically, after ignoring my refund request, they only offered it if I deleted my honest review.

This is scam behavior, and it’s completely unethical. They’re essentially trying to buy off negative feedback, which violates TrustPilot’s guidelines. On top of that, they are offering giveaways for 5-star reviews to manipulate their ratings.

I paid 0.2 XMR (around $58), which isn't a huge amount and I can accept the loss, and at this point, I’m no longer expecting a refund - I just hope this post shows up on Google when people search for their name, so they can see exactly how these guys operate and avoid making the same mistake I did.

is there a chance you can add screenshots of your conversation with them? I'm asking just to make sure that your claims have evidence to back it up. it'll also, help people who might be doing a background check on cjs-cdkeys.com before they buy anything on their website.

I'm assuming this is the review you left on TripPilot Do Not Trust Their ‘Refund Guarantee’ – It’s Misleading. I haven't used TrustPilot for a very long time, so I'm not sure if you can post screenshots there along with the review you left. if it is possible to add screenshots, maybe you should add those on the review you left there to show that you aren't lying.

You're already a sale to them and they don't want that money to be out of their system anymore, and so having a store credit is usually the solution of these stores for their customers to satisfy and respond to the bad experience that they have. This is also one of the reasons to purchase only to known websites like kinguin, g2g and the likes of them. Although I haven't personally used them but these are the known names if it's with software and games. They might not be perfect and could have some issues but, their names are known.

As a result, they're somewhat annoyed by your review.
If you've already accepted the loss, that value may open more people's eyes to the fact that not all of their Trustpilot reviews are entirely honest, and anyone should be more cautious with this service.

They have nearly 127,000 reviews on Trustpilot, which is an unusually large number and I agree that there are strong indications that a portion of the reviews may have resulted from incentives or gifts, which violates Trustpilot’s policies. From what I see, they have a 5-star rating of 73%, and indeed, there are also many negative reviews, but the percentage isn’t that high.

If I were your place, OP, I would have bought the license for this antivirus from the official website instead of relying on these secondary stores that might sell the keys at a lower price. If you are looking for reliability, then buying the licenses from their official websites is definitely the best solution.

If they were actually going to offer you a cash refund through Monero, you should have accepted it and given them another chance, because if they did that, in my opinion,, it means they admitted their mistake and are trying to fix it , and wanted you to change your mind and the bad impression you had of them.

In any case, you are completely freedom to deal with them again or avoid them. Also, you should support your topic with enough evidence so that your claims gain stronger credibility.

Had a similar mess last year: bought a 2‑year ESET key, got a 6 month code from another region. Support only offered wallet credit and later hinted at a refund if I toned down my review. Paying with crypto meant no leverage, so I kept receipts and moved on. Screenshots will help your case and warn others.

Do you have screenshots of your conversation with their support? If you do, would you mind sharing it? It could show that it is a pattern for them to hint at a refund in exchange for toning down a review or completely removing it. any service that do this is suspicious and should be evoided.

Here's a screenshot where their support asks me to change my TrustPilot rating in exchange for a refund. I’ve already reached out to TrustPilot about this, but I have a feeling they won’t take much action, given that CJS CD Keys is on a paid plan with them. We’ll see, though
