Been an ex with someone doesn't make you an enemy. Sometime, relationship end for some reasons that are beyond our control. Have a low chance at the first place why you didnt transfer your seed phrase into your account, and it seems most of the people recently once they forgot their email they bothered to ignore instead they create another number, also does the email does not have any kind of recovery number or email recovery?, if its binded with your number its good to raise with your service provider to give you another sim card (if possible) then you can recover your email account. First things first where is the seed phrase, do you have a back up? or did you clone your phone backup an image or something if not, i guess don't stress yourself that much, there is nothing you can do about it, once the seed is lost, start over, this is why we always say make a backup of the seed phrase and don't backup where you always do things put it on a different devices or machine, just to be sure that if one is lost you got another backup, i think every application always remind us to do this, maybe you ignore the notification or something.
