The main reasons for poverty are corruption and laziness. In any country, if its leaders are honest and keep their responsibilities in their work, then it will create huge opportunities to work and it will help reduce unemployment. And last of all we have to be focused, determined and patient to be successful in life.
I believe the main problem lies in the scarcity of jobs. Sometimes, even honest leaders can't solve this problem. Furthermore, I believe this scarcity of jobs is a problem that occurs in every country. In my country, many young people have given up on finding work, with their applications always being wasted. Writing a job application requires significant capital. They often apply for jobs but never find a job. This leads many young people to despair.
But sometimes, some young people are resilient to laziness and get stuck in their comfort zones, even though it doesn't yield any benefits.

In any country, if its leaders are honest and keep their responsibilities in their work, then it will create huge opportunities to work and it will help reduce unemployment. And last of all we have to be focused, determined and patient to be successful in life.
For a country to grow economically it needs a few people running the system not everybody at the same time right? that's the purpose why we have representatives in government, now some representing you have better access to all the resources in the country and the the masses are not able to achieve such resources, hence building up themselves only the few to be rich and keep being rich while the masses remain poor, so this is the reason while the masses are poor because in life generally we must not be equal but you have to fight to be the superior hence the masses are meant to the poor compared to the few.
In my opinion, everyones role is important for the development of a country's economic situation; without it, a government system will have to struggle for the economic development of that country. However, those involved in government management can pave the way for the economic development of the people of the country if they want to. Otherwise everyone will have to work tirelessly, but they will not get the expected results according to that hard work. But in most developing countries governments favor a few to stay in power or become wealthy, while disenfranchising the majority.
I agree with your opinion that there is no other option in this world than to fight for development from the current situation.

It is so annoying seeing people begging for survival it really breaks my heart.
I really tried to figure out why majority of people are so poor to a climax of begging for survival.
I don't know if I am to blame the government or individuals.  Anyways here are the following factors that convince me why majority of people are poor.

1. Health challenge
2. Lack of good education
3. Financial debt
4. Unemployment
5. Ghost names
6. Regional zone

HEALTH CHALLENGE: this means people with disabilities and also people with someone kind of illness that can not permit them to work.

LACK OF GOOD EDUCATION it is really abnormal and annoying to see the kind of failed system of education we have in some countries, because the systems are corrupt majority of the students follow suits, basically stopped attending lectures therefore can't defend themself or their professions, automatically making them self jobless.

FINANCIAL DEBT: their are some individuals who tried to see how they can stand and make things worked for them self, but is so unfortunate that the accumulated debt they have enquire will not allow them grow. (Debt) is a goal to poverty.

UNEMPLOYMENT the rate at which majority of people are unemployed in this country are so alarming, basically there are jobs everywhere but greedy people who has the opportunity are not making this job opportunities available for people, rather they give it to their people who are not really qualified for the job.

GHOST NAMES this might sound some how for those who have not had about ghosts names,
In the civil service commission this is where you find thousands and millions of names that are not in existence probably they are died names, denying people who are alive to work and earn a living.

With all this that have been outlined above I think I am convinced  why the rate of poverty in the country.

Lack of proper government action and inflation are one of the reasons why poor people remain poor. The government has failed to introduce technical and life-oriented education system through proper action. As a result, even though they are educated, there is often a great lack of employment. Educated and skilled people can become prosperous with their own talent. On the other hand, low-income people cannot meet their basic needs due to inflation. As a result, they fail to become investors and entrepreneurs.

If the country is led by a poor governance, majority of the citizens won’t also take progress but will remain poor for the longest time. Most especially if all their needs and wants they just rely on it from the government.

Another reason is when people adopt the poor mindset of living. They stay lazy and unmotivated, so expect that they will stay poor forever. But if they will imitate how the rich process their mindset, maybe there won’t be a lot of poor people living in a country. At least they should also learn to help theirselves before asking help and assistance from others.

You have a point but let's not be always quick to blame the government for the financial state of it's citizens, a lot of times they are poor because they refused to put in the work. We can't always blame the government for our conditions, they can't do everything for us. Like you said, most people are poor because of their mindset, your life reflects what you think about, being wealthy isn't only about having money your mindset is inclusive

The government should not be blamed for the financial condition of the citizens in all cases. There are many citizens who do not recognize the need to work and prefer to live a lazy life. Some of them may be out of work capacity or lack of qualifications. The government of some countries can be solely responsible because many people live an unemployed life due to lack of employment because there are many countries where there is a lack of resources and a lack of work. Many countries are lagging behind in education due to the government's financial policies and corruption and due to lack of job opportunities, people tend to become poor and due to lack of work in the villages they migrate to the cities.

The high rate of poverty in most countries especially Africa at large is alarming and needs to be considered not that its not late to do,  I still can not forget that an idle man is a devils workshop. All African countries are blessed with mineral resources capable of transforming the life's of citizens but the corrupt political representatives are never interested in the welfare of the citizens but only interested in stealing public funds with the help of some western countries.

On that note its clear that the reason majority of citizens really poor is because of bad governances, selfishness of leaders and high rate of corruption in Africa which needs to be tackled so Africans will be revived, since the corrupt leadership in Burkina Faso where removed in power, there have been total transformation in Burkina Faso leading to the increase in there GDP by over 30 percent which a true definition of transformation.

One of the main reasons why most poor people remain poor is that they are unable to do anything other than support their families due to the rising prices of essential goods due to the country's rising inflation. If a poor person spends all of their income at the end of the month, they cannot save enough to invest or establish another business, and as a result, they remain poor for generations. Besides, there is a lack of education, a lack of environment, a lack of facilities, etc., but the most terrible problem in his life is the country's economic problems.
Yeah, and things get even worse, especially in a situation where the opportunity and  adequate education is limited. In the absence of good education, well paid jobs and training, it becomes even more difficult or almost impossible for anyone to rise above their current circumstances. Even if you take on double shift or work even more harder than usual, the system still won’t reward your efforts as it’s supposed to. Just as you’ve rightly pointed out, the major problem is that majority of the economy today fail create opportunities for the poor masses to build wealth or stability.

You're right the government is not supposed to take all the blames some people keep saying that lack of education is the reason why majority is poor, though lack of education can also contribute to that but not a major reason because I have seen a lot of rich people that can't read very well and can't write very well but they're rich. We know that education is the key to success which everyone is meant to follow that process but since the government have changed everything so we ought to look for a possible way out,  nowadays people prefer skill than enrolling thier children in high institution because they know that skill can pay off easily.

it depends. If only a few percent of the population is poor, it is not the government's fault and they do not deserve blame. But if a country has a high poverty rate due to high unemployment, lack of infrastructure, widespread social evils, double or triple digit inflation...This is the government's fault and they must take full responsibility.

The government plays a pivotal role in a country's economy. If they do not create a healthy environment and provide basic elements like good infrastructure and education, no matter how smart or talented you are, it will be difficult for you to thrive. That is why developed countries always try to attract talent by offering good policies and incentives. This is something that weak, corrupt governments cannot do and that is why there is brain drain in third world countries.

When the rule of law exists in a country, transparency is maintained both internally and internationally, and it is only then that we understand where the problem really is. If you look deeply into the problem of joblessness in your country that you have highlighted, you will see that most of the nepotism is at work there. And if there is rule of law in that country then accountability will also be ensured. And that is when the most qualified will get jobs and the possibility of creating many more jobs through hard work increases. The bottom line is that if people in a country can't get out of their comfort zone it can never make them rich.

Everything you listed are reasons why people are poor but one you didn't add is laziness and procrastination. When they are supposed to invest in their future they keep procrastinating and being lazy about it until they can't do it again. An example is investing in Bitcoin, giving excuses isn't going to help you in your journey if you don't start from somewhere. When you refuse to take action and do what's necessary you will remain poor

Being poor strat from the mentality we have developed in life, some have seen poverty and what they can afford to go inline with, so they have to work extra efforts to make it more lively for us and visible to be independent, we need to set targets and see that we achieved them, them also increases our experience and rate of being exposed to fundamental teachings, if we must improve, learning must not stop, it helps to get positioned for  carrer development and being a me to live a sustainable life, fully independent.

You’re describing things that could help people improve their financial situation, but the truth is that people are generally inert. They don’t try to look for opportunities, they want everything to be easy or for someone else to help them achieve it. And if that doesn’t happen, they simply find a job that will hire them  often not a very well-paid one, and continue working there or in similar jobs for most of their lives. In such a situation, they won’t achieve significant success or high career growth. To change something in life, you either need to look for a higher-paying job, which isn’t always easy, or try starting your own business. But I think for most people, that is even harder than finding a better job.

When an entire population goes through poverty, you cannot blame it on laziness. Because not all of them are lazy, the main reason for their poverty is the lack of various facilities as well as the poor state of the state economy. Here you can see the corruption, irregularities or money laundering of state representatives as the cause of the poverty of the people of that country. There are many people in the world who work hard all day long and find it difficult to meet their daily food needs with the wages they get. How can you consider their laziness as the cause of their poverty? Yes, there are many people in the world who were once very rich in terms of money, but due to laziness, their money has gradually dried up and they are currently living in poverty. You can consider laziness as the reason for such poor people being poor. Or in a country where there are many ways to earn money, that is, the country is economically prosperous but a person is not interested in working, you can consider laziness as the cause of poverty in such people. But I think when you want to expose the poverty of a group rather than an individual, you can't just blame laziness as the cause.

Because majority of the people just rely on the government. Note that no matter how rich a government is, if the people themselves do not want to work on their own life’s improvement, they will surely end up poor for the rest of their lives.

That is a very short-sighted and narrow-minded view.

People are not and have never been poor because "they rely on the government". They rely on the government because they are poor. Most poor people are in a situation out of which they cannot get out of or only with extreme, long efforts.

If someone has given up to work on themselves it is because they have tried again and again and are now too exhausted from what life has thrown at them. We should be more understanding.

Actually I think the main problem is the comfort zone. Because when a person starts working in a fixed salary job and he sees that his entire family is going to live on that salary. Then he doesn't try to work extra hard and learn something new. At the end of the day when he reaches their age, there is nothing else for them to do. Another thing I think is investment, because most people only run after earning money, and very few people are inclined towards investment. As a result, in the long run, the value of their money decreases due to inflation.

Poverty for most people does not really start from lack of money, but from how they think about money, life, and opportunities.. The thing is some of us grow up in environments where they are made to believe that wealth is meant for others, not them, so that makes people settle with that mindset..  And once you accept that kind of limitation mindset ehn, it is hard to break through, it starts showing in your actions, your decisions, and even how you respond to chances that could change your life..

But at the same time, it is not fully about mentality alone. The system plays a big role too, when a person is from can also affect, by poor education, lack of access to resources, bad governance, inflation, and so on..  All these things keep people trapped..  Still, I have noticed that those who break out usually do so because they refused to think like the environment they came from..  They stay curious, keep learning, and use whatever little they have to make moves that gradually shift them out of that circle..

So yeah, poverty starts in the mind, but it now depends if someone decides to think differently and act on it, even if the world around them is not making it easy..

We know that the government of a country can provide employment within the country if it wants but it cannot make us rich. As far as I know, no one has ever become rich by working except by resorting to illegal means. To become rich, we need to take advantage of opportunities and take risks by following risk management.

One day while interviewing Bill Gates, a journalist asked him what is the key to your success? Then Bill Gates took out a blank check from his pocket and told the journalist to put any amount you want and took it. Then the journalist said, I respect you and I just wanted to know what is the secret of your success not money. On the contrary Bill Gates said that you could take it if you want and I seriously asked you to take the check. I have never missed any opportunity in my life and taken risks.
So if we can utilize the opportunities that come to us in life without any extra thought, then we can be successful in life.

I don't deny that there are also people who are naturally lazy, so they are reluctant to move forward even though it is for their own good. But for some people, they may become lazy because they are tired of looking for work here and there with applications that increasingly fail to show any good results. I have experienced this, but fortunately I now have a job and this makes me better from an economic perspective which is helped by the income I get from work. I imagine what the fate of those who are trapped in their unfavorable comfort zone will be like, is it possible for them to live a decent life? Unless he has an heir, his life can be said to be guaranteed.

If corruption is widespread, then nepotism becomes a very common issue. It is seen that in a family, if there are 5 members, due to nepotism, all of them get job opportunities, but despite being properly qualified, no one in the family gets any job opportunity. Nothing good can ever be expected from unqualified people. They cannot play any role in eradicating poverty. This is a major reason for government failure. If a country wants to develop, it is never possible to rely on the government alone. The public should be skilled enough. Moreover, the country will never move forward with government jobs if the development of the private sector of that country is not good. Those who have skill will never remain poor, but those who are afraid of working or do not develop themselves to be skilled remain poor.
