Yes, many people think that the education system is designed to protect the interests of the rich. We are taught from childhood that if we study well, we will get good jobs. But these jobs are owned by the rich class.

As a result, we learn to “look for jobs”, not to “create jobs”. Education teaches us to be good workers, but it does not teach us to create wealth or think independently. In it, we grow their businesses with our labor and time.

Many people really do have the means to start changing their situation but never take that step fear and comfort hold them back they think saving is enough but saving without investing just keeps them stuck in the same place inflation slowly eats away the value and before long what once looked like progress starts to fade. The problem isn’t always lack of opportunity it’s often mindset some people prefer the safety of routine even if it limits them while others are willing to take small calculated risks to grow their money the difference shows over time those who invest in learning and planning early eventually escape the cycle of just earning and spending.

I don't know if I am to blame the government or individuals.  Anyways here are the following factors that convince me why majority of people are poor.

Sickness can make a person who is bright to be poor when the person doesn't have money to get proper medication or have access to good medical care, when a person is sick he doesn't think of anything else except how to get better before thinking about work and good salary you know health is wealth. Education can get someone good job offer but to some people that are graduates they are still finding it difficult because there is no employment opportunities available these are the challenges that people are facing that has made them to remain poor. There could be many reasons of being more poor people on earth. There are thousands of people who are labour and they don't want to make more money in life because they are satisfied with their financial condition and they are happy in life and they have no bog goal. what we should know is that how well a person will go in life has nothing to with his educational qualifications. As far as an individual has the right skills that will place value on him that's all. Success in life is based on creating value for yourself so even if an illiterate acquire the necessary skills that will fetch him money such a person will definitely do financially in life.

The reason why millions of graduates are unemployed is that the education system is very bad. Practical education is very important everywhere because if you only read books and gain knowledge from there, you cannot learn anything practically. Due to which you are behind in all aspects. Someone who has a good skill is never unemployed. Only those who have a graduation degree sit there, but they have no skills and they did not have quality education. There are plenty of opportunities for work virtually as well as physical work, but what would you consider a lack of being unemployed despite these?

Nowadays educational qualifications are sometimes considered as something that should be focused on for several things including for a job but of course with the passage of time then I think qualifications only because of relying on education alone will no longer be relevant because for now getting a bachelor's degree at a university is not even that difficult although it may be for some universities in some large or developed countries it may look quite difficult but in countries that are still developing and even underdeveloped it is not as difficult as imagined even we can do alternatives when we cannot attend university but want a certificate just to qualify for a job.

So there will be quite a lot of people who have certificates in terms of academics but they cannot have qualifications for work because they do not have anything more to be proud of which makes apart from the increasingly difficult employment opportunities the competition in getting them becomes increasingly unhealthy.

While there are a lot of graduates that could not do what he did, therefore I think we should not consider education as the ultimate but just a foundation for future transformation.

But still you made a good point there’s always space for personal growth we can’t let the system be an excuse forever learning new skills adapting and trying to build something for ourselves even small steps can make a difference self improvement is one thing the corrupt system can’t take away. The real change happens when people stop waiting and start creating but also when leaders realize their responsibility to make the ground fair for everyone it’s a balance between personal effort and collective reform one can’t survive without the other if the system gets cleaner and the people get stronger that’s when poverty actually begins to fade.

This is a very interesting part I like, whenever we decide to learn skills and stop relying on another person, we do ourselves a favour, and whenever we see that things are not doing well the way we thought, there are different ways to try another thing to improve ourselves without waiting for any other person. As you just mentioned, real change happens when people stop waiting for others before building something for themselves. That's if something is being built by you, you start it from scratch. It's very easy for people to lift you up, because poverty is not something people normally. choose to be with, but it can happen to individuals the way they live or think of life. If someone often depends on others and never tries to be independent, they might not learn the skills or confidence needed to take care of themselves. Working hard and trying to be independent are key to being more successful in life.
