Bc game verification failed no withdrawal
After spending a lot of money and time in bc I finally won some bets but before I could withdraw my own earning they asked for kyc verification which failed even after uploading original documents and only reason was lighting issue but the photos were clear and I tried six times but lost chance to verify my advanced kyc verification while basic kyc was verified. This so so frustrating..the support team replied that contact email but got no response for a month..
Kindly help if anyone here knows how to withdraw now or redo kyc. #bcscam

For starters, you posted this thread in a wrong section. I've asked one of the moderators to help you move it to the appropriate section where such allegations are being discussed.

The issue of unsuccessful KYC application is not uncommon, I can only advice you to mount more pressure even as you try to provide them with the high quality documents needed in the right format.

This is unfortunate. Did you try to contact support? What was their response to it? Unfortunately, they take a few months to reply to emails, which is well-known here. They are also known for their worst support. So, I would suggest you provide more information in this thread, and I would like to mention @holydarkness, who is the savior of many players. He helped dozens of players get their funds off the Bc game. I hope he will do it once again for you.

Don't get disappointed. It is normal for the casinos to ask for a KYC verification after a player win large funds from a casino. As long as you do not violate any rules, you are safe here. I hope with the help of holydarkness, you will be able to get your funds back.

Seems BC.game is becoming more strict with their kyc verifications which I think as a reputed casino like them they shouldn't have make things too difficult for their users rather than kyc hassle free. But however, I have to understand that any casino that you are using that you haven't done kyc and you went on making deposit it would definitely becomes a problems while gambling, especially when there is a special winning or huge amount won on that particular gambling site, it could caused withdrawal issues and frustrate their gamblers that is why it's advisable to always passed kyc before making deposit to gamble.

Your advanced KYC was rejected because you submitted a file for proof of address that is older than three months. BC only accept documents that is within 3 months. This is a bit tricky as we're on 30th of September and we'll enter October in less than twenty four hours. So, to be safe, if you have August utility bill or whatever document you use to perform PoA, it'll be nice.

I've get my contact on BC to unlock the KYC restriction and they've let you perform KYC one last time.

Hi, got your PMs, one with link to the image of your document, I believe. Mind to upload them to talkimg? I am a bit concerned on clicking a site that I do not familiar with. And to answer your second PM [if I may do it here, since it contain nothing confidential and rather informational that can be beneficial for public], I believe by 3 months old document, they're referring to documents issued within and not older than three months of the current date of your submission.

So, for instance, if you submit the PoA by tomorrow, October, 2025, the valid documents that can be submitted for PoA purpose will be documents that's issued no older than July. It'll be safer to upload the August utility bill, if I'm in your shoes, or September's, if they're already issued.

If you don't mind to upload them to talkimg, I wouldn't mind to relay it to my contact, so they can ask around if the document is acceptable or not. But please upload via talkimg, not other image hosting service. IBB hates me, I have to exhaust some efforts to get around their block on me, at times I can't even access no matter what. And other image hosting you use like yesterday [I assume that's an image hosting site], I dare not to access as I am not familiar with their nature.

It is not up to me to release your fund or not, I am here simply to bridge between you and the casino. I'll try to get them to return your deposit under an argument that player refuse to complete KYC. Far as I know, players are entitled to return of deposit [or at least the remaining of it] with winning voided, if they refuse to complete KYC.

This seems to be a KYC issue; I am not sure if they use an automated system or manually verify KYC. On the automated system they need to clear everything, and sometimes they show such issues. However, you must try with proper documents and a clear image as well. I am wondering why you made a deposit before verifying your KYC. Now you are suffering to verify it. I know they might ask again for verification during withdrawal, but if you previously verified, then it would be easier to ask BC Game why now they are refusing.

However, ask them on their announcement thread about verifying manually. If you agree to manual verification, then they should find the way to solve it. Also write their social media, just don't always call them a scammer. Try to make a solution about KYC.

This seems to be a KYC issue; I am not sure if they use an automated system or manually verify KYC. On the automated system they need to clear everything, and sometimes they show such issues. However, you must try with proper documents and a clear image as well. I am wondering why you made a deposit before verifying your KYC. Now you are suffering to verify it. I know they might ask again for verification during withdrawal, but if you previously verified, then it would be easier to ask BC Game why now they are refusing.

However, ask them on their announcement thread about verifying manually. If you agree to manual verification, then they should find the way to solve it. Also write their social media, just don't always call them a scammer. Try to make a solution about KYC.

OP, I don't mean to be rude, but please make up your mind, what do you want to do? Automatic KYC [the latest document you shown me by your latest PM should works, I can forward that to my contact to double check, if you want], refusing KYC and they'll return your principal, or manual KYC? Again, I am not trying to be rude, but I don't wan't to reach my contact and tell this UID refuse to do KYC and want their principal returned, and while me and them trying this to be done and cleared to whichever department handling the matter, I renew the request to automatic KYC or the manual one.

I want manual kyc as in automated kyc the document has been rejected already.... U can double check that as well if they said yes then automated can be option.. In manual I will send all the documents required....

Simplified: you're locked from KYC after multiple failed attempt.

If I may ask: the document you sent me by PM, do you have a full version of it, instead of snippet and screenshot like you shown me? And is it available in PDF format?
