Instant cashouts has to be there (it is like an inbuilt feature now a days), not having it is not even an option so I will remove this option for the list. Rather than proof of payouts, a proof of funds might be a much better choice and it will instill much more confidence among players, specially high rollers. Even if you have small bank roll as a gambling platform, if you are making max win/max bet caps as per your bank roll, it will be an honest step towards building credibility.  
As far as customer care is concerned I hate chatbots, I can read FAQ section much faster so having live agents will be a good addition.

With Instant cashouts, I do totally agree that they’re not even a “feature” anymore, they’re an expectation. From our side, we’ve been working on keeping those withdrawal times consistent, even when networks are busy.

Also you made a very strong point on Proof of funds, and I will let you know that it is something that we at Cybet have been discussing internally. Hello Cybet community, I just wanted to provide a brief update on what we are doing at Cybet.

So what we have been focused on recently on the backend side is primarily wallet routing and payouts. When the network is busy, this should then help things run a lot more smoothly. Although it's not the most thrilling work, things are improving.

Additionally, we have been testing a few new event promotions and normal promotions that will be available soon. Every month or so, we would like to keep things interesting. A few changes are also being made to the VIP side to make it seem more equitable.
