It’s mostly amount-based with a few behavioural checks that are tied to play patterns. Your normal regular withdrawals are handled automatically and typically just go straight to the blockchain without any type of delay. We’ve even had withdrawals of around 5 K USD processed instantly through the automated system.

When a withdrawal gets flagged by our system and gets required to go for a Manual review. That only happens for unusually large amounts or irregular activity. Instant cashouts has to be there (it is like an inbuilt feature now a days), not having it is not even an option so I will remove this option for the list. Rather than proof of payouts, a proof of funds might be a much better choice and it will instill much more confidence among players, specially high rollers. Even if you have small bank roll as a gambling platform, if you are making max win/max bet caps as per your bank roll, it will be an honest step towards building credibility.  
As far as customer care is concerned I hate chatbots, I can read FAQ section much faster so having live agents will be a good addition.

These 4 things are basically the ones that need to be improved in your casino especially the A and D as what I have said before when I tried your site for the first time. Your withdrawal was not instant (I am not sure about it now), lack of bonuses and promotions (I do not even receive anything from the VIP Transfer program). Some casinos offer a cash bonus after player manage to wager specific amount but you dont offer anything except an equal VIP level account and its perks.
