winna.com — first withdrawal, first problems?

Good evening everyone, after reading various opinions about winna.com, yesterday I decided to register and try placing a bet. The bet went well and afterwards I requested a withdrawal. Today, after several attempts to contact the team, I received an email saying that my account is under review 🤔. What does that mean?

I’ve never had issues with sites like Sportbets, Shuffle, etc...
How is it possible that after just one bet my account goes into review? Especially on a top league like the Bundesliga ⚽️ — we’re not talking about fixed matches here.

If you feel you've been scammed, gather all the evidence you have, then create a thread in the  thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and provide detailed and clear information. If you're innocent, the casino will definitely resolve your issue.

I’m not new here, I had to open another email because I can’t access my main one anymore. However, I wanted to get some explanations because I’ve never had any issues before — only with Bitubet, but that site went offline for a month and then came back online, so everything was fine

but if i had to guess, you probably triggered some kind of red flag in their system, but it's too soon to say what's going on, so maybe just wait for their review to finish to see what they will say.

Winna has a 1x wagering requirement on regular deposits. Did you fulfill that requirement before making the withdrawal request?
Besides, whether we like it or not, some casinos consider creating an account, making a single bet and then immediately requesting a withdrawal a suspicious activity that needs to be investigated. It’s just how their security systems work and doesn’t mean you have done anything wrong.

Just as Zwei advised above, just give them more time to complete their investigation. Since it’s a single bet, it shouldn’t take too long, hopefully!

things don't work like that, an account review can happen for any reason really, only they know what triggered it.
could be the bet you made, or +10 other things, IP address, your device fingerprint, the source of the deposit, the address you request the withdrawal to, etc...

that's why i told you to wait and see what they would say, then we can go from there.

Usually, I withdraw the excess and leave the stake to use, and I’ve always done this without any problems. If you have reviews, especially some posts in the forum, this similar things have popped up before with them, however most of the cases have been resolved. All you can do at the moment is to wait for their verdict after those 5 business days after which you may need to object if you are innocent or not

Most of the resolved cases turned out positive to the player as far as I recall. Yep, it sucks getting your account locked up but at this point in time, you only need to be patient.
