I need help with giveaway thread in Altcoins boards

I know that giveaway threads are not allowed as in this post

but I also see that: "You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread."

so if I post giveaway thread that is hosted outside of Bitcointalk, simple following of social media accounts and filling google docs as a proof of participation and post it here with explanation how to do it and the rewards offered this will be allowed?

no need to post in the giveaway thread to participate of course, this will be only info with links to giveaway

Unless there is a different English meaning to what the admin explained, if not as long as you are not rewarding anyone for just replying to a thread with their username and wallet, you are free to post the ANN which ANN usually has detailed information about what the thread is all about, which includes explaining how to participate in the giveaway questions can still be asked, but every other thing is done outside the forum.

Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

CMIIW on my interpretation on the rules but moderator only allowed sharing the link which means it’s just a redirect thread on outside the forum link.

But you are not allowed to let other user post any entries or any form of participation on the specific giveaway thread here in the forum.

Seems like your giveaway incentivizes posting within one or more specific threads ("answer with their federation or wallet address") in exchange for altcoins ("a asset on the stellar chain"). So no, it's not allowed. You're free to post an announcement for your giveaway in Bounties (Altcoins) but accept entries via Bitcointalk PM (either ask users to PM you or PM a user specifically created for the airdrop). You can also accept entries off-site (e.g. via Google Forms).

I think that's the right way to do that. Be sure to make your giveaway thread moderated, so you can delete posts that do not follow the guidelines.
If it's a Google Forms submission, only allow valid questions about the giveaway.
I notice so many bots in the altcoins bounty section, and they just drop their application without reading the guidelines

If a giveaway thread is hosted in another site I don’t think there is anything to worry about, the thing is do not mention it on the thread and let your topic be free from something giveaways or rewards for doing a specific task as stated above.
The system highly frown that and could to those who participated to get knocked down.
