SCAM. 1WIN STOLE ME 4200€

im so desperate and i dont know what else to do

They starting all of a sudden preventing me from placing bets. I orderder then a withdraw of my balance which was around 4200€ but nothing arrived. They were supposed to send me an email with the verification instructions, but I never received it. I have sent 7-8 emails to them over the last 2 weeks and got no reply. I also contacted their live chat 9 or 10 times, but they only tell me to wait and provide no solution. This is unacceptable and clearly fraudulent behavior.

They have around 4k of mine there and they are scamming in order not to pay me. Now, after 2 weeks also closed the access to my account and i still have 4000€ pending of getting paid. Is so crazy and so big SCAM SITE

Nothing at all, not able to bet, not get paid, not get repplied by email at all, not get helped in their useless chat, not able to even access to my account

But you may still try to reach them via pm. They might get a notification that someone sent them a pm in this forum, which could bring them back here to answer your accusation and possibly resolve it.

It would be great if you could present more proof/evidence here (seeing as you're newbie) as that would make your accusations more credible.

If you don't post in the correct format, then we can't really help you on this. Please read the pinned post to find the correct format of scam accusations. Even you haven't mentioned the website link. If you are talking about 1Win and it exists on the forum, then please provide appropriate evidence to back your allegations. Just writing here with simple thoughts won't help you to recover your funds. If it's the same 1Win that's on the forum, then they are inactive on the forum. Probably we can't reach them.

However, please provide whatever evidence you have, like screenshots, transaction hashes, how much you had deposited and how much you have withdrawn from their platform. So we may try to reach them some other way. Not sure you will get back your funds, but at least we can try.

Op you would have first made a comment on their Ann thread to see if there would be any solution to it. As others have said your thread is empty. And we need some information to authenticate the allegation. That is the normal format for allegation thread here.

And personally I need your 1win ID, Username, and email so I can contact them and present your information to them so they can tell how to go about it. Thanks for your understanding.

You have come to the right place. People here are more than willing to help you. Please provide all the relevant information and proof you have, such as screenshots and conversations.

I have this section monitored, but with so many notifications coming in, I didn't receive this one. Hopefully, your issue will be resolved and all your questions answered.
