As a Bitcoin only platform, I guess the issue of KYC will not be a problem because that is usually where people have problems in casinos and similar platforms. Welcome to the forum guys and I agree with Marangoz that you have a nice domain and your colour choice looks very serious which is good for what you portray.
For more visibility I would recommend you run a signature campaign as there are several list of campaign managers you can get here with several expertise and I think you should get them and work with a long term budget for more better visibility.

Am just curious to know if it's mandatory that a customer must do his or her kyc before he can be able to make a withdrawal?

Welcome to bitcointalk HustleBTC and it's cool to have you here on bitcointalk, I took a good look at your platform I was really impressed with the caption on it  bitcoin gaming platform. But am still confused because I can't find any other game, apart from  one game that looks similar to aviator, but not really aviator. Although I have not deposited yet to tried out the game, since am still busy with others things right now, but I also noticed another thing that only bitcion and litecoin can be deposited into your platform, so now I want to ask don't you think that  allowing the deposit of fiat currency will make more sense? Just my own humble opinion because I believe that a lot of people out there like to gamble with fiat currency and even myself too.

Yes, I guess this site is purely crash gambling site, perhaps another crash only gambling site which is motivated by bustabit.
I tried to read their terms but cant find anything related to the use of VPN as well as something related to KYC.
@hustle, are you using an official bustabit's source code and license for your game?

I have read through your terms and conditions since nobody is going through it on this thread. You never made mention of anything in relation to KYC. Do you have plans of asking for KYC verification in the future, or is the casino fully a no-KYC casino?

yes i also have checked the website and haven't found that info this is why I ask

already played on No KYC casino that turned out to be KYC just after I won something LOL
