Account closed, funds confiscated
I had been playing on BC.Game for over 3 years using the same strategy, never abusing any rules or systems. In early July 2025, without any prior warning, my account was suspended with a real balance of over $4,500 (USDC).
They later emailed me saying they would only refund $1,400, claiming this was the "amount of my deposits." The remaining $3,100+ (pure winnings from fair play) were confiscated based on a vague accusation of "sports betting abuse" – without any concrete proof, explanation, or specifics.
These were real funds, not bonus money. Their own terms (6.4) state that they may suspend accounts but must return all balances. Yet they are refusing to release the full amount.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Anjouan Gaming Commission, under which they claim to be licensed. I’ve also discovered that Twocent Technology Limited, the company listed on their license, does not exist in Belize according to the Belize FSC.
This is a serious red flag. BC.Game (or Hash.Game) may appear professional, but behind the scenes they are locking accounts and keeping player funds without evidence or legal basis. There are ongoing legal cases and bankruptcy-related issues tied to this operation, as reported by reputable sources like NEXT.io.
Please be careful with this platform. If anyone has had similar experiences, feel free to reply or message me. We must speak out against this kind of abuse in the crypto gaming space.
Stay safe.
