Still on our Independence day (9ja @56) celebration.
I met few friends last evening and we were discussing some possibilities how one could make a life changing winning through gambling..
Someone shared that a neighbor of them made specific amount and when they were chatting he quickly asked him of the gambling site he made that winning immediately was propelled to join that gambling site, make deposit and started gambling. The funniest part of it was that he was asking the neighbor the strategies he used in securing that winning but to me was saying that he was too fast in joining that site to gamble, not just that he said after months of joining that gambling that he has never won any amount till date and he is tired of gambling on that site that if possible we should share him other sites that gives bonuses.

At then I picked interest to ask him what is the reason for rushing gambling or being pulled with others shares as success stories that if that person who made that winning tells him what he goes through while gambling or how much he lose along the line he would never believed but he never put those things into consideration before started gambling.

The bottom line is that we should never be moved by anything and we should always try to take gambling as a place to have fun and catches cruise instead of becoming that compelling of what others shares to them, of course it's good to be inspired by someone but that shouldn't be the reason for them to gamble. So what do you think about this type of people who always being moved with others stories what can you say about this?

This is not even a new thing. In the society we are today, alot of people are drawn into gambling because of what they hear from others, their wins and what they feel others might be benefiting from gambling. This is the problem with a lot of Nigerians, just because someone got lucky they try to achieve it by all means. It's funny that he asked his neighbor the particular gambling site thinking that there is a special win that comes with using it. The only unique thing about different sites are their bonus offers, asides from this winning is tied to any one of them. I can relate to this story you just narrated, I have a friend that did exactly the same thing, he heard about a colleague that won good amount from his gambling predictions, the next weekend, this friend of mine called his colleague to request for games he could play, so as to win also, forgetting that, the person who won his bet has lost a good number of times before he finally won that big amount you heard, people just want to get glory without going through the struggles, and I trust gamble to always humble you if you don't have strategy and luck on your side.
