First of all, thank you guys for giving me this chance to try to get my legit money from these scammers. it is my first post here. because it is my first time that I am scammed by a crypto bookie.

2,3 months ago I have deposited 3k usdt to jackbit.com. I live in the uk since 3 years holding another countrys passport. (during verification process I gave my home countrys driver licence)

during my jackbit.com journey mostly I bet on big games and even lost 2500 of my money. and luckily I went up until around 8k by betting all big games. Today I wanted to withdraw money and they asked KYC. I did it and passed it succesfully. after a couple hours I entered my account and I saw this scammers withdrawed 5318 usdt in the name of system withdraw. Directly I contacted with the customer rep and he said according to bla bla bla we took your all winnings and deducted %20 from your deposit. basically they stole my money.

now here is my offer if they prove anything here in your eyes they can also take my 2400 usdt remaining balance. now I keep my money over there. If not even they offer me my 5318 usdt I will not accept it. I want also compensation to create stress on me on this beautiful night. and i will give this compensation to people who needs money.  I want all of the people see how hard to make money on betting and how easy some scammers try to steal our money. I will add all the documents here. please check and share.

Mind to share screenshots of that email they sent to you or that of your chat with the support staff?
I am trying to understand what reason the gave for that system withdrawal. Right now, there is no clear picture regarding the accusation, or at least I haven't understood anything so far. They have a representative in this forum, so I do believe they will be able to help you get to the bottom of this.

Without even opening the screenshots or him posting other evidence, I would guess he played from a restricted area or they are rejecting hid ID as it's from a restricted country.

Could be bought kyc, could be real info but maybe they need him to prove he lives in the legal jurisdiction or something is what I am taking from this with the current info.

OP use talkimg for screenshots and post them please. My speculation is just that, speculation. You might send a pm to Jackbitrep and make them aware of this thread. They have already been tagged for unethical behavior regarding kyc, but worth a shot.

Hi, they did not send any email. After I saw this, I connected with the customer rep, and he said I violated terms 9,11,12. I read this. It says multiple accounts or using account like a commercial purpose. I do not need multiple accounts to bet on Premier League live bets, so it is false. I am a resident in the UK, but I am a citizen of another country. So my IP is UK naturally, my address is UK, and the documents are from my country. If it is a concern, they would ask for extra documents that I can provide in seconds.

As I told u my all winnings are coming from the basically gamble games. No surebet, no abuse any system. My first deposit is even 3k. The most irritating thing is they have no explanation clearly.

Yesterday I sent an email. In the email, I declared I will apply to all the bodies. Here is this part. I can provide everything here, too.  Because I am very sick of this behavior. Making money in betting is already stressful. Plus, this is really frustrating. Today I will share if they send any response. and Feel free to ask another screenshot. I am %100 confident to myself. They have no reason to close my account.

"Written confirmation of your compliance with this resolution within 72 hours of receiving this email.

Failure to address this matter satisfactorily by October 8, 2025, will leave me no choice but to proceed with formal complaints to the UKGC, Action Fraud, and Curaçao eGaming. I will also pursue legal recourse through UK consumer protection laws and seek chargeback options through my financial institution, as the transaction involved cryptocurrency that may be traceable.

They accept players from both the UK and Turkey. If you ask me why you opened from the UK, it's because I live here. If they ask for bank documents or address proof, I should provide them here. I did not share their email screenshot because they have not sent it yet. Only I talked with the customer rep. But there is no clear explanation or reason from the rep.  He just said I violated terms 9,11,12.

If you are not from a restricted region, I assume they are going to accuse you of arbitrage betting or value betting, which is why they might confiscate your winnings and only return your deposits. However, for whatever reason, they confiscated the winnings; they should address it and let you know. Do not just point out some terms and say your account is going to be closed.

However, Jackbit already has negative feedback on their profile from 2024. I am not sure if they care about their forum reputation anymore. Please send a private message to their representative here and see if they come to this thread.

After the scams I experienced on Winna, I was looking for a new crypto bookie, but it seems like there’s no trustworthy betting site left in the market. I was considering using Jackbit, but I’ve changed my mind.

Actually, they can.
To do arbitrage betting, you don't have to place bets on lower leagues or bet on rigged matches. Sometimes, the odds change during live matches, and casinos flag this type of betting if it occurs frequently. I myself don't understand how the value betting works. I understand arbitrage betting somewhat. You are not allowed to place a bet on multiple outcomes on the exact matches. It doesn't matter if you put the bet on different platforms. The casinos will catch you because most of the casinos use the same betting odds providers. There are only a few popular ones. Therefore, casinos mostly use them, which is why the odds provider signals the casino to flag specific players if they violate any rules.

It is a completely false accusation. I am %100 percent sure I have not opened multiple accounts. And I do not need to, since I am living in the UK and it is my first crypto bookie why I am gonna open second there were many bookies? So it is impossible to detect my ip or phone. So if you reach this false accusation with the crypto adresses. Still you are the making false accusations. first you should ask and talk. and if you still believe that I did something wrong. Then I will apology. You did not ask me anything? Why I am gonna open multiple account to bet palace liverpool over live. Come on!
