If you cant offer any collateral, no lender will trust you enough to give you a loan, mate. All the praise in the world wont cut it. Your request is just too weak without something tangible backing it.

OP I think a bank or lender in your locality would gladly take up this offer and get you a loan. I mean, they will be able to look into your employment records, credit score, maybe get in touch with your employer to get proof that you can actually pay up the loan using your salary.
